My mom's favorite boba spot. They make their boba in-house, which we really appreciate. The yakuly & wintermelon drinks are amazing!

Only annoying thing is sometimes people park right in front of the store, blocking half the parking lot, even though it would take an additional 10 seconds for them to park correctly. Not a fault of One Zo, but they don't seem to do anything about it.

Big fan of the ube crème brulee! Really strong ube flavor, which paired nicely with creme brulee topping. Boba was the perfect consistency.

Staff is always friendly. They have been one of the most consistent boba shops. They offer various flavors of boba. The tapioca is always perfectly made with a nice chew to it.

We ordered the brown sugar dirty jasmine tea latte and brown sugar cream mousse thai tea latte DELICIOUS DRINKS!!! The lady was so friendly. Too bad we are from out of state or else we will be here everyday😀

Me & my bf are regulars here, they practically know our orders by seeing our faces! It’s so delicious the boba isn’t too chewy but also isn’t too soft it’s the perfect texture. Plus you see them making the booba fresh which is awesome! I recommend this place to my friends any chance I get.

My boyfriend order something for our boys and himself. The manager was very, very rude. Not only we told her it was our first time and we ask to explain the drinks the manager had no concern to explain to us.

The drinks were fine but the service was so bad I couldn’t believe and now reading other reviews seems that she should just mange the back office due to her poor customer service and non-friendly attitude.

She made us feel i wanted and we will never come again. Sadly she is a neighbor of the complex and my boyfriend works next door to them. He will never go there again and as far as referring others not happening.

They are plenty of other places that serve the same thing. Treating people kindly should not be an option.

They wanted to stay in but after her attitude they decided to leave.

The place was adorable.
Employees were nice.
Drinks and waffles were good. Boba was chewy, not hard. Even when lowered the sugar level, it was still sweet.
It wasn't so bad to go get a late snack if craving something sweet.
