The restaurant, food and service was great. The parking situation was confusing in that we didn't know which deck to park in. We pulled in the deck to the left side of the hotel and all the spaces said they were reserved for hotel guests only. There should be dedicated parking for the restaurant. Also, one we got in the lobby, there were no clear signs telling us how to get to the restaurant. We had to ask someone how to get there and what floor. This should be more clearly posted.
Good for the views and vibes... as long as you don't mind waiting about an hour to even be seen or acknowledged.
Enjoyed our brunch at overstory!! Beautiful property and ambiance. Loved the live music. We had the chicken biscuit, Parmesan potatoes, and blueberry waffles. I had a strawberry mocktail and my husband had a traditional margarita, we enjoyed both.
Went on a Wednesday evening to celebrate a friend's birthday. The staff is very nice and the atmosphere is relaxing. The drinks and food were fair. I was not a fan of copy paper menus that kept blowing away and felt it diminished the experience. I live in Atlanta and do not feel the need to drive that far again because there are better vibes in ATL.
Enjoyed a wonderful dinner with a friend . The ambiance in the room is beautiful and the outside seating was relaxing , breezy, and inviting. Love the total package in Gwinnett County.
It was overall good, booked birthday reservation with a request for acknowledgment but there was none. Service was slow as well
I had an amazing time. The servers were very attentive and provided the best service. Despite guests arriving late due to traffic, they were still accommodating and made the visit a great one. The atmosphere is the BEST. I can't wait to visit again ....real soon!
The hostess left a poor first impression. I requested a seat by the window and was told it was reserved for parties of three or more. However, shortly after, a couple—also a party of two—was seated at the very window spot I had requested.
We had a nice time. The food was good. Quiet, nice vibe. That night I only went for the burger and it wasn't until we were giving our order that we were told it would be lettuce wrapped because they were out of buns. We had been sitting for about an 30 minutes having drinks and an appetizer before we were ready to order. Changes to the menu could have been told to us when we were seated so we could have made the decision to stay or leave. Another thing that could have been mentioned upon arrival was that the AC was not working. It was comfortable at first and we just thought maybe it was because we were near a door. But other nights if we are inside, I need a jacket. Looking around everyone was fanning and no one really stayed and socialized after eating... people were leaving. If I'm going to valet park and pay $$$$ to dine in your establishment... tell me ahead of time that I'm not going to get the full experience due to problems with XYZ. Let me decide if I want to stay and sweat out my silk press and not be able to order what I really want. Other than that... place is usually on point. The review is only to tell you to be upfront with customer.
The food is more expensive than expected; however, it was very tasty! The ambience is awesome and service as great!

Absolutely Stunning rooftop atmosphere! We had great service from Shameka & Mo (sp) Drinks were superb, but the menu needs expansion! The flatbread was good, but I would have loved having more appetizer variety. Overalll, it was a great Date night and we will definitely be back, soon!!! ❤️
I reserved a night at this restaurant for my wife and her close friends to celebrate her birthday and their sisterhood. The ambiance was nice, and while the food was decent overall, there were a few disappointing experiences that affected the evening. We ordered a seafood appetizer that was heavily hyped by the server as “generous and impressive,” but when it arrived, it was far from what we expected. It came as a tower tray mostly filled with ice, with only small portions of mussels, shrimp, ceviche, smoked salmon, and a single split lobster tail. No crackers were served alongside it, which made the presentation feel incomplete—especially for the high price. There were also issues with the service. One of the guests had to assist the server in figuring out how to split the bill into four payments, even though there were five guests. It was clear the server hadn't been properly trained for this kind of request. To top it off, the last beverage order was never brought out, which left a less-than-ideal impression. Overall, the night was meaningful for the group, but the service and value didn't quite match the expectations for a special celebration.
The food was amazing tbh the best we had in a long time. Staff were great, the decor... Everything was on point
Food was authentic and delicious my server was really dope can't recall her name though. All her recommendations were on point. It was a perfect date night.
The place is beautiful. I took my husband for brunch for Father's Day. That's my 4 time there. Appetizers and drink are usually perfect, but entrees always lack flavor. I am not sure why. They need a more extensive and flavorful menu. I gave them a 3 because my husband's steak was not done the way he requested, no flavor and they were short staff. A bunch of dirty dishes all over the tables. Our server was awesome and did her best. She made the wait worth it with her kindness and patience.
