I ordered angus beef and orange chicken with vegetables… in the drive thru to go… I had to go to work and when I opened my food it was shrimp with noodles…. Terrible service

Mobile ordering seems to be a joke. I’ve ordered well in advance. Got in the restaurant. Looked at the last person in line for in-store ordering and that person had their order before me.

Poor and unexperienced mgmt. Non caring. I was not going to say anything but feel like someone needs to know about their quality of service. They literally reacted like if you don't like it find somewhere else to eat. I have been a loyal customer of theirs but after this experience I dont think I will be back to this particular

Consistent Quality however -

waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes and since there were two ordering windows I had sat on the right side and waited as 5 cars passed and ordered on my left.

Kinda funny but wasted my time.

We ordered delivery from Panta Express, and the experience was seamless. Everyone was happy with the food, which was delicious and well-prepared. The highlight was the fun fortune cookies which added a touch of humor and elevated the atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I got there before closing and waited in line, was willing to take what was left over which was as very little and was going to pay full price. The person serving us was a little white hispanic girl that was very rude. I was flexible and she would not work with me . I was willing to get a mixture of what was left but they would not work with me, a guy. Ame in way after 8pm and was served. I hope I wasn’t being discriminated against seeing I was the only black patron left in line. I have a way better experience at other locations. Shame on that employee causing a bad experience for me. I was on my way to work the night before thanksgiving as well and was hoping to get something to eat before my shift start.
