First person of contact was rude and rushing us
Got annoyed for asking questions . She even raised her voice at me infront of my kids . First time at panda she made this experience horrible

This was an extremely poor experience. I attempted to contact the restaurant several times regarding my order, and not a single call was answered. On top of that, the delivery driver was also unreachable. This shows a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism. Ignoring customers when issues arise is unacceptable for any business. I will not be ordering from here again unless serious improvements are made in communication and customer service.

Your food is fine and your people are fine but I cannot handle Doordash anymore. I can't tell you how many deliveries have been mismanaged or missing because of them. Find a different delivery mechanism.

My recent visit to Panda Express at 11:30 PM, just thirty minutes before their advertised closing time, was a complete letdown. Upon arriving, I was shocked to find that they had virtually no food prepared. The trays were empty, and the staff seemed uninterested in making more.
What's the point of being open if you're not going to serve food? This isn't the first time I've experienced this issue at a Panda Express, and it's incredibly frustrating. The lack of preparation and poor service suggest a significant management problem. If you plan to close at midnight, you should have food available until then. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon, and I advise others to avoid it late at night unless you enjoy being disappointed.

It makes no sense for you to sell the item that you can’t properly prepare. Why do you sell teriyaki chicken after you have ran out of teriyaki sauce in the whole restaurant so I’m just eating bland chicken this is horrible.

Your service absolutely is horrible. To sit in the drive through for over ten minutes, with no service to back out of the drive through to park my car to walk inside.And stand there for another ten minutes while the lady is fixing to go orders and not even acknowledge me.I walked back out the door. Your customer service sucks

I had recently gone to Panda Express on my lunch break. When I got back to work I realized that my tea was unsweetened instead of sweet like I ordered. So, a few days later I went back thru Panda’s drive thru and told them what happened and requested a replacement tea. I also was ordering a Bigger Plate at the time. The manager named Stephanie was rude and extremely disrespectful. True enough I did not have my Panda receipt from days previous. I did not think that it was a big deal for a regular customer. Especially since Panda offers free refills on drinks. Stephanie hassled me for the receipt. I told her that she could look it up because I used the QR code on my Panda Express app when I ordered. She said that she could not look it up like that. My distress came when she said “There is nothing that I can do”! Really????? I am a regular customer! It was tea, that you give free refills on! Stephanie’s lack of empathy, customer service, & conflict resolution while wearing a manager badge was very upsetting to me. Stephanie did not even try to comfort me by making a small gesture. I am extremely disappointed in her representation of Panda Express. I should have gone to Chic Fil A they always treat me right and they do not sweat the small stuff! Stephanie just caused Panda Express to lose a customer and my $13 a day!
