Went through drive through at 6pm on a Monday night. No customers. They gave me the small crusty bits of the orange chicken and broccoli beef with almost no beef. Chow mein had cabbage stalks. Food was suspiciously lukewarm.

We ordered a cup of sweet tea and a cup of iced water. No ice. Warm. We asked for a medium cup of ice. The man at the window said a cup of ICE would be $4.00. The iced water was $2.30. Personally for me, that’s an inconvenience and tells me the owners are pinching coins. Probably not coming back. The iced water also had a piece of food in it or something??? Idk what it was. Promptly threw it away.

Take a bow Panda Express. Take a bow. I entered the establishment anxious, however one dirty blonde cook named Cole Jospenh Parker stole my heart. The meal was divine and the style of his comedy was superior. He sat me down and showed me 36 Instagram post in a roll. In many ways, the work of a critic is easy. I got there close to closing and fortunately ended up being served by Vu. He was so kind and patient. He was also helpful with me making my food choices. He didn’t make me feel rushed but he was quick about preparing my orders. The food was really delicious, well prepared, and hot so my family loved it!!
Still, the best part of the service was Vu because he made me feel like a valued customer. He even checked my bag after he packed it to make sure everything was there. I genuinely appreciate great service so I will be returning to this location.
