Panda Express

This only one Panda Express where they serve fresh and best food every time. I went to many nearby one in Alpharetta, norcross, John’s creek none of them serve quality and quantity portion in all items but you bet this place is exceptionally good. Service is always better and quick. Thier mgmt somehow keep the quality and quantity very well to all customers. We decided to eat in this Panda Express only if we live in this area -north Atlanta ( sugar hill, suwanee, Alpharetta, John’s creek, Duluth, norcorss and even Lawrenceville) visit once and you will feel the difference I mentioned.

I ordered my food through the mobile app and picked up from the drive thru window. I clearly asked for utensils and soy sauce. My food and bag was labeled for me to receive in bag. I didn’t have a utensils or soy sauce. I kept blowing my car horn to get the attention of the employee. She never returned to the window. I had to go inside and ask for my missing items. The female employee had an attitude and was unprofessional. I won’t be returning here.

Shrinkflation?

Had a large plate order with 3 entrees and 1 side. I was quarter full so didn't even need much to get full but the portion sizes are so ridiculously small now that it didn't even scratch the surface. And no, I don't eat much.

And the food tasted pretty meh.

This is a very well run and efficient Panda Express. I always enjoy my food and experience when I come here whether it be for dine in in their clean store or via drive thru. It is a great location and I hope they stay in business forever!

I have been to many Panda Express locations but this is by far the worst managed. They are always short of items and make you wait, sometime 15-20 minutes, which is unacceptable for fast food / QSR orders. Also, their servings / portions are relatively lower compared to the other locations I have been to. If not for the convenience, in terms of location and distance, I would never come here.

This location never has any food. There is always a wait (for them to cook more) and they stop making food almost an hour before closing. If they won’t utilize the space they should close it and allow another business to thrive at this location.

Called to let them know my catering order needed to be ready right at pick up time and still waited 10 mins

Portions were dismal! I never saw such small portions any other Panda Express! Never going there again!

Dear Management,
Your dear worker above was not in the mood to prepare new food after we asked for shrimp or the orange chicken at 8:30pm, since he said they are about to close. On a Thursday night.
Unless that’s company policy, no problem.
If not, you got yourself a winner “working” at this location that represents epic work ethic and fantastic customer service.
