Great restaurant offering private seating areas for work or meeting with friends. The manager, Fhardi (forgive my misspelling) is just excellent, she is always demonstrating her leadership by hard work and big smile.

Please do not go there if you are Dark complexion Black American. . . . Rude, desperately need lessons in good customer service, and adequate attitude control. I won a free salad, comes with white shredded chicken in salad. When I went to collect my salad, short pushy rude male supervisor asked if I wanted chicken and proceed to charge me extra for shredded chicken in my salad. I went for my drink, rude old followed me to drink machine and circled me the entire time like a land crab, watched me the entire time I ate my meal. She even followed me to the ladies room, stood guard at sink while I use the toilet. . Not nice at all Erie and extremely uncomfortable. Southern hospitality? Noooooo Run

Very disappointed! When you have BAD coffee, your day is ruined! Penera Bread achieved to ruin my morning! Ordered a coffee to pick ahead of time so that I don't have to wait. Problem 1: When I reach there they had an empty cup ready for me but when I went to grab the coffee I ordered, the pot was EMPTY and they ask me to wait until they brew new pot :( Problem 2: I decided not to wait (thats I ordered ahead of time) so decided to switch to another type of coffee and guess what, the coffee was COLD (and not it was not supposed to be cold coffee). Super disappointed!
