Very disappointed!
When you have BAD coffee, your day is ruined!
Penera Bread achieved to ruin my morning!
Ordered a coffee to pick ahead of time so that I don't have to wait.
Problem 1: When I reach there they had an empty cup ready for me but when I went to grab the coffee I ordered, the pot was EMPTY and they ask me to wait until they brew new pot :(
Problem 2: I decided not to wait (thats I ordered ahead of time) so decided to switch to another type of coffee and guess what, the coffee was COLD (and not it was not supposed to be cold coffee).
Super disappointed!

Amazing food and service! Andres was especially helpful when I didn’t understand the menu. Hard to find warm customer service these days, would 100% recommend this location!!

I've been coming here for a while, but today was one of the worst days. I ordered a half ham sandwich and got a chicken sandwich. The casher Edgar could have been a little nicer and took my order right. He did not even ask if I had a number to collect my points. I'm not going back.

We moved across the country and we finally arrived after 5 days. And we were so cold, tired and so hungry, we went here for late dinner. We had brocolli cheddar soup with apple salad. The bread was amazing and we luved your brocolli cheddar soup and salad. They were perfect. We would come back when we are in Johns Creek now that we are neighbors. Luved the area, so pretty with all the trees.

I ordered the pick two the half tuna sandwich barely and I mean barely had any tuna on bread so I basically had a lettuces, and tomato sandwich soup was good as usual def wasn't worth 13.02. It was Sunday, or I would of went to Chicken Salad Chick won't be ordering this again regardless ? wht day it is.

Breakfast is consistently good and it's never busy in the mornings.
The dining area is generally pretty clean. Bathrooms, not so much. I travel a lot and this Panera location is one of the oldest I visit. Not bad, but not modern like the others.
