It is getting worse and worse. This will be the last time I go to Panera. We always used to get the four cheese soufflé, but this morning, the dough was completely hard. When I asked why, they told me that it now comes frozen. The quality has declined. I'm going to stop spending money on this nonsense food.

This location of Panera is very poorly managed. We waited over an hour for a dine-in order. They prioritize all online and drive-through orders ahead of dine-in. We watched countless customers come and go because of the poor service. We will absolutely not be returning and don’t recommend that anyone else frequents this establishment.

I waited in the DRIVE-THRU line for nearly an hour. The wait from intercom to service window was 40 minutes alone. The car in front of me eventually drove off after waiting so long for their order too. I had to repeat my order to do different employees. And they still got my side order wrong. I don’t know what kind of lack of communication is going on in the back, but if you’re going to make people wait that long at least upgrade me from a cup to a bowl of soup or something.

Got the chicken salad sandwich -- good but the crust on the bread was almost enedible it was so tough

Waited in the drive through line for over 20 mins after I placed a mobile order. No one answers at the drive through speaker so after driving up to the window, I’m told it’s going to be another 20 mins until my order is ready. Mind you, I placed this order 30 mins prior. Manager comes along and is beyond rude telling me I need to come inside for a refund because they’re “busy”, acting like we are a huge inconvenience. Once I get inside, the manager makes eye contact with me and ignores me as I proceed to say “ma’am” several times. Shakes her head at me and whips her gloves off. Couldn’t provide any proof of refund. This location is an absolute joke.
Very rude staff…talking and laughing very loudly while making the food. We’ll never come back.

I ate at this Panera and was not impressed. You can see that this $10 sandwich is skimpy at best. It also has onions on it. It was listed on the board as the smokehouse barbecue sandwich. But there were no ingredients listed before I ordered this. I ordered the croak Monsour and told the cashier that I didn’t want onions. She said the onions are in the sauce. So I said OK never mind I’ll order the smokehouse barbecue sandwich. It also comes with onions as you can see in the picture. She didn’t mention that at all, even though we had just had this union discussion. So I was surprised when I got my sandwich and it was Cincy as far as the chicken and had onions on it.While I was ordering in full view, I could see the lady making sandwiches. They had bread just kind of laying on top of bag loafs of bread not in a bag at all the bread slicer was old and dirty. I just was not impressed with this particular Panera.

I just went through the drive thru and when we checked our bag they forgot the apples slices and the baguette was torn off. Really crappie service and so pricey! Never again!
