Do not let the low ratings fool you. When we came, the service was excellent, the food was amazing, and the price was very affordable.

I’ve been to this place a few times, and the staff always seem to have an attitude. But my most recent visit was the worst. They were remodeling, so I asked if they were still open and a staff member told me it was fine if it was to-go. As I walked up to order, the guy at the register suddenly burst out laughing—so loudly and unprofessionally that it was off-putting. It felt incredibly rude and unwelcoming.

Customer service here has never been great, but this experience was enough to make me never return. If this management cares about their business, they should seriously work on training their staff to be more professional and respectful.

Surprised by the quality of the cuisine. Food comes out quick. And fairly affordable for portion size. Beautiful atmosphere and food was surprisingly tender and delicious. Would come again.

I was here over the weekend to order Banh Mi to go. I ordered the 10 specials and very disappointed they barely have any meat in them. What happened?

Please remove Banh Mi and Bakery from your store name.

Never had such bad bread. Worse than Lee’s Sandwich.

The first thing you see when you walk into Paris Banh Mi in Duluth is a vast, empty hall. I should have noticed the warning signs then—like maybe they spent their whole budget on floor space instead of quality. I ordered the sugarcane kumquat drink, and being the ice-hater I am, I politely asked for no ice. The cashier smiled sweetly and said, “Sure! That’ll be an extra $4.” Excuse me, what?! Four extra dollars for… no ice? Do I get a discount if I ask for more ice? Will they pay me if I ask for only ice?

Then, as if the absurd ice charge wasn’t enough, I watched them craft my “fresh” drink. Spoiler alert: The fresh kumquat came straight from a bottle! I was expecting a farm-to-cup experience, but I guess they ran out of farm and just went straight to the bottle aisle. Fresh? Try “fresh out of the convenience store!”

The drink? Meh. Not worth the $7.99 price tag. I would’ve been better off sticking to my good ol’ Starbucks coffee—at least there’s no bottled kumquat involved! But hey, if you’re feeling generous, feel free to donate that $7.99. Maybe it’ll go toward buying a fresh kumquat or, you know, more empty floor space.

Everyone there is so friendly! Food came out fast and delicious! 10/10

A personally did not really eat here All I got was a couple of pastry cupcakes and a Thai tea which was amazingly prepared with whipped cream and it was a little richer than normal but it was absolutely delightful as a dessert.

Great food and great service. We ordered Bún Chả Hà Nội, Bún Riêu, chicken wings, Shaken Beef and Fried Rice/French fries. My kids love the beef and chicken wings. All of our food were good too. My daughter loves the decorations here and wants to decorate our house like this ?. Oh, did I mention they also have Bingsu? We had strawberries and Lychee Bingsu. The kids loved it very much.
