Ordered a full, crispy chicken and an appetizer platter.
The appetizers was satisfying as each bit had a satisfying crunch. The taste was nice.
The chicken had a nice texture as well. It had a crunchy coating but was light at the same time.
( like Rice Krispies). The plan chicken was lightly seasoned. I do recommend adding one of the sauces for more flavor.
Update: I came back again. Ordered the same meal plus the bulgogi fried rice. Fried rice was good. Was not greasy like other restaurants fried rice.

It was my second time visiting, but I still couldn’t remember the menu, so I asked the young guy at the counter for a recommendation. He suggested one of their most popular dishes, but I wanted something spicier, so I ended up ordering something different. He asked me again if I was really okay with Level 3 because it’s extremely spicy. I answered confidently… and immediately regretted it when the food came out. It was way too spicy for me 😭
I left so much food behind that he came over to check if something was wrong. Then he handed me a to-go box and joked that it was a “very expensive” box and he’d get in trouble for giving it to me 😂
Moral of the story: don’t challenge Level 3.

Just grabbed some lunch and was very impressed with the food. The cheese balls were a new thing for me but you gotta try them especially if you love cheese.

My son has been wanting to come here for a while as his Korean friend told him about it. It’s not close to our house but, we were in the area after a swim competition. Upon arrival there is a register with one taped down menu and then to the side for dining in there were a bunch of menus laying on the freezer. I proceed to pass 3 of those to my family so we can all look individually. The rude woman who works there tells me we need to look at the other menu by take out. Why would it matter if you have at least 10 menus sitting there that aren’t being used. She referred to the other black lady waiting on her food as lady in a rude manner when her food was ready. Instead of saying here is your order ma’am it was “lady your order is ready”. Red flags throughout but, my son wanted it and it was late. My husband told me she had a bad energy with my 14 year old. My son is a yes sir, yes ma’am, thank you type of person so I know he was kind to her. Final straw: after we got our order from the young man that was kind, my husband went back in to use the restroom and get a water. The drinks are in the coolers. My husband said the woman told him “you have to pay for that” my husband told her why would I not know that I have to pay for a bottle of water. Very rude and potentially racist energy for over priced fried chicken. Won’t be back and I’ll use this experience to discuss not spending money where you’re not treated with respect with my child. We bit the bullet for him but, I will be letting him know next time someone has that type of attitude just leave before ordering and giving them your money.

Both locations in Atlanta and Duluth gives out great food. The main thing to get there is the Korean fried chicken but don’t sleep on the spicy Tteokbokki. The portions are huge especially for the price you pay.

I have gone to the location off 14th street in Atlanta, GA and have always received great customer service. I sat down, water and cup was provided. Pressed the red button to order and the server never came so im guessing they are short staffed. Disappointed and will not return to this location.
We ordered three avocado salads through Uber Eats yesterday.
They were all delicious, and when we called with a special request, the response was exceptionally kind.
Thank you very much.

The chicken sandwich is simple but delicious. The sauce really gives it the flavor versus the chicken being seasoned well.
