Frendly & helpfull staff. The food is delicios, good portions and great price. We go there almost every week.

The food was delicious. My mother and I had beef spare ribs and my son had the pho. The wings, spring roll, and shrimp rolls were delicious.

Very disappointed. Ordered extra large, it was $22 with a tip. Not much of food

The pho was mediocre, lacked flavor. Fairly inexpensive though, which was good for the size. Service was fine and the restaurant itself is super nice. Just not the best pho I've had.

I recently visited Pho Bac for four days in a row and had a mixed experience overall. The pho was decent I’d rate it a 7/10. It wasn’t bad, just not the most flavorful or memorable bowl I’ve had. I also ordered the #25 rice dish three times, which I really enjoyed.

One thing I appreciated was that on my second visit, the staff remembered I had a shellfish allergy and made sure to take care of my order—definitely a nice personal touch. That kind of attention makes a difference!

Would I come back? Yeah, I probably would. The service was thoughtful, and while the food wasn’t mind-blowing, it was still comforting and satisfying.

Amazing pho, amazing spring rolls, and amazing service. Stopped by leaving the cowboy carter show in atlanta and the pho was to die for. 10/10 recommend!! The small filled me up, but I get filled up quick.

MSG overload in the pho soup. I will not return to this restaurant. I have been thirsty and have dry mouth the whole day and night after eating maybe half bowel of their pho.

Poor customer service. Ordered my kids chicken fried rice with no vegetables. They came out with plates that had carrots and peas in it. After going back and forth with the staff and manager because they kept trying to tell me carrots and peas are not vegetables. The manager asked me what are they supposed to do. It's already made. Smh. They didn't want to make new plates and still charge me for the wrong thing. Crazy customer service.

They charged you $1.50 for hot tea to go. We never ordered hot tea while eating. That's all I needed to know. I was never charged for hot tea at other Pho restaurants. My hot tea while eating and to go were always free at other Pho restaurants. I won't be coming back. First and last time. Great job, guys!
