We were seated immediately. They were very accommodating. My first time eating pho. Everything was nice and fresh. I think I’m just super Americanized because I wasn’t impressed. My best friend enjoyed it. I think bc she was getting over a cold. It was just ok to me. I wanted some crab Rangoon or some dumplings but I think I’m confusing this with a ramen spot. However everything was fresh I just don’t think it’s something to phone home about. It was nice and clean and a friendly establishment. If you want something fresh and quick I would recommend.

TLDR: missing food, poor response from staffMy experience at Pho House was below, below subpar. I have visited several times before with no issues but was appalled by my recent and last trip here. Upon arriving, everything was fine beyond some dirty, worn-down menus. The food was reasonably priced and fine… at least from what I heard. I never got my order! I had thought that my order was just taking longer than the rest when the rest of my party of four received their food all at once. But after they were basically midway through their meal, I came to the realization that they had completely forgotten my order. They weren’t near closing time (we visited at 9pm) and had rarely any customers at this point. Not once did the server come to check on us. I didn’t bother asking where my food was at that midway point because I lost my appetite from frustration. To my dismay, upon speaking to the manager at check-out, he gave a half-hearted apology, asked us why we didn’t say anything, and told us to press the button next time. We did not see a button on our table; it was crowded with their items and the food (-the food I never got). Also, since when is it the customer’s responsibility to remind the staff about our order? Maybe you shouldn’t forget next time—especially during such a non-busy time. In short, my family, friends, and I will never return to this place because of their poor response to THEIR mistake. Please treat your customers better next time, thanks.

Food was soso literally no service and charge a 20 percent service
This has been my very favorite pho place for ages but what I've been experiencing lately has left me wanting more. I don't know if it's a staffing change or management issue or cost or what, but I can't seem to get a correct order to save my life. Either I get a partial order and end up waiting for days to get a refund approved or they send a multi-dish order out with a singular Sriracha packet. Why are we rationing out spice like this? What's happening? I'm just trying to get all the items I paid for and enough flavor to thoroughly enjoy my $30 bowl of soup. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed.

I really didn't like the food and it was kinda raw I also said for a medium bowl but it was so big so I got a bowl that was small but the only sizes for bowls were medium large and extra large and the large was almost the same as the
