I purchased some cold brew from my local market. When I opened it and found an issue with the seal, Greg and Jeff immediately helped me with getting a replacement and were very quick to answer any questions I had. Very nice people.

I ordered the latte 30 and it’s amazing 10/10.The owner was so nice and greeted us with all the information and informed me on all the caffeine intake that the drinks had. Very down to earth and friendly 10/10 experience!

We took Friday off from work and drove over an hour just to get some of their delicious cold brew. Emily was super friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. She also let us try some samples from the tap (so cool + super yum).They were also super accommodating and let us know we can order for local pickup at their coffee shop down the road (or order delivery) we’ll definitely be back

It is my favorite coffee place in GA...I have to drive an hour to duluth just to get the coldbrew but i find it worth it. Dont take my word for it just go and try their stout nitro cold brew.

I cannot say enough positive things about Phoenix Roasters! Their catering service for a teacher appreciation event at our school was incredible. Not only did their sweet barista provide custom beverages for over 200 of our teachers, but they did so with the most warm and friendly demeanor. We look forward to working with you again and again!
