REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, a person ordered 1hr before me and never got his food. I ordered afterwards and they brought my food before his and wrong order too. Many workers were coming in playing around in the lobby.

Pizza Hut, Buford Highway location is exceptionally good!!! I’ve never had a bad experience!! Food is always hot and delicious!!!
We ordered from this Pizza Hut for our workplace 3 hours (8:30) before this location closed. For several people this was going to be dinner. The pizza never showed up by like 11:30 and we called the store for them to tell us the driver was through DoorDash and they didn’t have their contact info. The pizza then said it was dropped off but we never found it. Horrible and unprofessional customer service.

This pizza hut is pretty cool as far as the fact that the pizza is normally good, and anytime I've ever encountered a problem there, they were quick to resolve it with no real pushback. I've also encountered several nice employees here.
bad customer service and they keep your credit card number and charge on your credit card. They will not contact you about the issues you are having.
