I was in there for over 10 minutes. It was one lady there. She never came to the counter. Somebody was waiting on their order for the whole time i was there...the guy in front of me had already paid and came back to get his pizza. She never came out.!We yelled to make sure she was okay. I guess she went to the restroom and Never told anybody she was going. There was a delivery person from DoorDash Standing there with me said that they couldn't leave cause they're waiting to get the order. I ended up leaving with no food. No order Put in and and the other guy that had already paid for his order had a order opened up the door with security lock that wasn't secured because the thing wasn't locked...got hisfood and left without even talking to the lady said he had already paid... He just wanted his food. He had to go terrible, terrible service because I got No service! DoorDash guy was still waiting...alone. š¤£

I will never order pizza hut from y'all or ever again. I ordered pizza Saturday, around 5 or 6pm. 2 ppl delivered the pizza which I found to be a bit odd. My husband had two slices and said it didn't taste right. I ate 4 spices and our friend ate a few. Him and I both got sick. I remember looking at the pizza and it didn't look like it was cooked all the way. We got the big box and my side was mostly vegetables. So I wasn't worried. But now I'm still feeling ill and that was the last thing I ate before feeling like this. Idky there were two ppl delivering our pizza. That made things a little more questionable.

The worker that was working the shift of Nov 24 pm Needs to be re-trained He has ZERO clue what to do when it comes to TPD orders. He kept saying "I can't give you, this order (the order we have to pick up) because my boss will (unalive) me" Excuse me?! It literally say on my phone that I am to pick up this order, what do you mean you can't give it to me? Do you not understand how TPDs work?!
At one point there was almost 10 of us in there and he kept denying to give the orders.
Pizza hut you need to re-train your employees ASAP.

Food safety score is in the low 80s. It should be mandatory law that food safety scores are listed on the websites of places that deliver or offer pickup. Don't expect to be greeted or thanked at this location either. Unless you flag over someone they will look at you but ignore you standing at the counter.
Parking: Parking lot is very small and can be a hassle getting in and out.

Pizza Hut has gone down!!! The original Pan pizza use to be thick and buttery this new crust you have for the āoriginal Panā is not very good AT ALL! Itās dry and flavorless. Please go back to the ORIGINAL way Pizza Hut use to be made. Iām very disappointed with my order. I spent $30 on a large pizza and wings and couldnāt enjoy it. The pizza was nasty!

I was upset because they had previously messed up my pizza and were unable to apply the credit that was given to me. Kenderick stepped in and remade m pizza the way i wanted it and gave excellent customer service. Kudos to Kenderick !
