Called at 10:50pm they immediately said they're closed and said all the other pizza huts are open until 12am for carry out only. I didn't even get to say whether I wanted carryout or delivery. It's extremely clear this is just another restaurant with lazy workers that want to close the store whenever they want to.

Besides a small environment. The employees have no customer service or organizational skills. Being such a small establishment, you would think the employees would know the order of the customers in which that came .
They allow door dash to jump lines and get orders when customers that have been standing waiting for their service . And then still no accountability or acknowledgments of the room. Go to another location!

I was in there for over 10 minutes. It was one lady there. She never came to the counter. Somebody was waiting on their order for the whole time i was there...the guy in front of me had already paid and came back to get his pizza. She never came out.!We yelled to make sure she was okay. I guess she went to the restroom and Never told anybody she was going. There was a delivery person from DoorDash Standing there with me said that they couldn't leave cause they're waiting to get the order. I ended up leaving with no food. No order Put in and and the other guy that had already paid for his order had a order opened up the door with security lock that wasn't secured because the thing wasn't locked...got hisfood and left without even talking to the lady said he had already paid... He just wanted his food. He had to go terrible, terrible service because I got No service! DoorDash guy was still waiting...alone. 🤣

Yesterday I ordered pizza for my sons and his friends, I got it delivered it to a while and I had to call a few times HOWEVER for the manager to go ABOVE AND BEYOND THE WAY HE DID MADE ME LEAVE THIS 5 star review. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE
I will never order pizza hut from y'all or ever again. I ordered pizza Saturday, around 5 or 6pm. 2 ppl delivered the pizza which I found to be a bit odd. My husband had two slices and said it didn't taste right. I ate 4 spices and our friend ate a few. Him and I both got sick. I remember looking at the pizza and it didn't look like it was cooked all the way. We got the big box and my side was mostly vegetables. So I wasn't worried. But now I'm still feeling ill and that was the last thing I ate before feeling like this. Idky there were two ppl delivering our pizza. That made things a little more questionable.

DISGUSTING. as soon as i came in they're cussing up a storm on the phone. 2 other people on their phone not even acknowledging me then I'm told to wait. I waited around for 15 mins just to be told they're out of bread so they can't take my order

The worker that was working the shift of Nov 24 pm Needs to be re-trained He has ZERO clue what to do when it comes to TPD orders. He kept saying "I can't give you, this order (the order we have to pick up) because my boss will (unalive) me" Excuse me?! It literally say on my phone that I am to pick up this order, what do you mean you can't give it to me? Do you not understand how TPDs work?!
At one point there was almost 10 of us in there and he kept denying to give the orders.
Pizza hut you need to re-train your employees ASAP.
