I was here today, the smoothie was tasteless, the girl working had a frown on her face, I came the other day, the girl had an attitude and the smoothie was terrible and she had to make it again. How hard is it to get people in here that give a damn. Mark my words if this continues this place will close, why spend money here when the people working there don't give a damn.

Im next door getting my hair cut and want a smoothie . I walk in there and there is 10 customers and one employee . She never frowned never complained , took everyone’s order and cleared the lobby in less the ten minutes . I can’t make this up ! Planet smoothie give this young lady a raise !

I have been multiple times in the morning and have been so disappointed. Do not go to this location, every time I go it is a different worker and their customer service is horrible, not friendly at all. Ordered the smoothie I always get and was handed a slushy. 0/10

I’m a need the owner to come back or either get the adults back on board in this smoothie shop and fast! I got a peanut power punch the kids refused to transfer it out for something different or refund the money I barely tasted anything peanut butter at all on it . As you can see I left smoothie on the counter and she kept the tip and the money I paid for the product that I left
I told her call the owner we have been faithful customers but she said the owner didn’t pick up. I can’t come back until you get the adults back owner because sister really these kids are making a mess of your business . Good luck
Lady working at lunch was very helpful, nice and hard worker , The only problem i see with this place is this nice lady working needs some help, there was 8 people + she was taking orders and making smoothes ,...... the owner needs give her a raise ! And get off couch and come and help her.... or hire some more help . It was a little warm in there , crank up the ac , other than that, i would recomend this place to anyone that likes smoothes...... stand by if owner gets snippy with my review 😀
