over the weekend, we had the pleasure of speaking with Kristy for our first Planet Smoothie experience (I hope that’s how it’s spelled out!). she could tell it was our first time, suggested great recommendations, allowed us to taste before receiving our drinks, and all around provided great customer service! Rude woman with dreads. “Ma’am, you didn’t pay for your meal!” There was a glitch with the tap monitor. Instead of speaking in a calm tone, she shouted at me from my table.

Other than smoothies I make in my own home, these are the best! I prefer them far better than their competitor Smoothie King. But that's just me...??♀️??♀️ If you like peanut butter and coffee may I suggest you try the Java The Nut??

Update: My concerns were quickly addressed. Restored my faith in customer service! I increased my review score based on this.Walked in at 6:45, closes at 7. The person behind the counter told my husband she would not serve him. She wanted to go home and was not making any more smoothies.

The way the owner responds to these reviews is wild. Rude much? I placed an order for the wrong location. They made such a stink about refunding my order. It as an honest mistake and there was no way I could've driven that far on my lunch break. Also, I tried calling them right after placing my order and kept getting sent to voicemail. I called 5 times. So I placed a new order for the correct location. It's all about wording and the way you say things. Below was the explanation of the refund for my order."Adjustment Processed: FULL REFUND -$10.01Adjustment Explanation from the Restaurant: Customer no longer wants order: Kellie made a mistake and ordered from the incorrect location. The store made the smoothie and had to dispose of it. We are refunding this order as a courtesy. Please refund Kellie's order in full. Thanks!"Why make such a point to say the store had to dispose of the smoothie?! I'm sorry, but that is just poor customer service. And by reading the rest of these reviews...you all don't know how to talk to people...maybe answer the phone when somebody is calling your place of business.

Arrived at PS in Duluth on 3/13/22 and was met with locked doors. The store was completely dark. The hours on the door indicated 10:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Not sure why the store was closed, however, I have given this location one too many chances to get it right and they continue to disappoint. Smoothies are hit or miss and the staff demonstrates lackluster energy. I can't!!
