The person making the food was very nice! But there was a piece of plastic broken off from something in my food and my friends salmon had several bones in it. The food was otherwise tasted fine and was a good portion size. Also very cold inside.
It was pretty bomb.

Update: the manager called and spoke to me and offered a full refund through GrubHub, saying: “our food is good, ma’am” and “I don’t know what happened” (when he also mentioned that he’s the only person there) as he expressed frustration at me leaving a bad review. I am truly not one to leave a bad review (I have written all of 4 reviews here on google), but when a large portion of the meal is missing and the protein isn’t quite right, I will speak up for myself.
I’ve added a photo of the food (that I did not end up finishing). Judging by other recent reviews, I am not the only one to think that the food is not as high quality, unfortunately.
Original: I ordered a medium poke bowl, delivered through GrubHub, from this restaurant. My order included white rice, spring mix, and raw salmon. When I received my order, there was no white rice. And the salmon appears to be either cooked or just not fresh at all; it does not have that translucent appearance that raw salmon normally has. (At least, that of a higher-quality salmon perhaps?) This was disappointing. Also the cucumber is sliced whole, with full circles, and they are just too big for a mouthful - they should be sliced in half at the very least.

This will definitely be my last visit to this location for several reasons.
Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed a strong, distinct odor. Despite this, my daughter proceeded to the counter, where a young man approached us after getting up from the seating area while on his cell phone. I did not see him wash his hands before putting on a single glove on his right hand, leaving his other hand exposed.
While my daughter was deciding on her order, the employee yawned into his ungloved hand. Concerned, I asked why he wasn’t wearing two gloves, as I have always seen at other locations (Roswell, Atlantic Station, Midtown), where staff consistently wear both gloves. He responded that he has always only worn one.The ingredients did not seem fresh as the shrimps were very bland.
I believe the staff at this location would benefit from additional training on handwashing, glove usage, customer service, and preventing cross-contamination.

Great place, the employees and food is great 😃👍
Food was pretty decent, but nowhere I really would want to hang out, as has limited seating

I recently visited Poke Bar, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The quality of the ingredients was subpar—nothing tasted fresh, and the fish, which is supposed to be the highlight of a poke bowl, had an odd texture and flavor. The rice was mushy and poorly seasoned, and the toppings seemed like they had been sitting out for hours.
On top of that, the portions were small for the price, and the presentation was messy. And the place smell terrible like mildew
I won’t be coming back and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for fresh, high-quality poke.

I asked Mrs. K. what she wanted for dinner and she said, "Poké!" so I let Yelp find it for us along the way to where we're spending the night. We arrived at Poké Bar (it's a chain) at around 7pm on Friday and other than three other dudes eating their dinner and drinking some boba, we were alone.
We noticed that the restaurant was clean as we checked over the poké bar, other than a whole lot of boxes stacked in the back. As we ordered our bowl, the tuna ran out but the young man serving pulled out a fresh tray from the cooler and removed the wrap. Yay!
On a sticky white rice base, tuna and salmon, topped with spicy avocado, seaweed salad, krab salad and sesame seeds. With a bit of wasabi on the side that was not needed as the fish was perfectly fresh tasting. The rice was sticky enough that we did not need a fork and we cleared the plate. Quite delicious, filling and fresh tasting.
We'd eat at Poké Bar again!

The man who prepared our bowls is SO sweet and funny. He looked happy and immediately explained how to order what we would want. The bowls are huge and for $15 you get a lot of protein on your plate. I saved a lot of it for the next day and I came hungry so I think it’s a good deal. Everything tasted fresh too. They also have boba and smoothies based on their menu we saw. Seating is inside as well!

This is my favorite poke restaurant! The owner and staff are very sweet. I love to frequent here during my lunch breaks as they are fast with my orders, and always give me large portions.

Good prices, food was plentiful. Good service. Spicy mayo seemed sweet instead of spicy.
