I added some toppings so paid almost $28 but portion was half from bowl comparing other store plus I asked extra sauce on the side but the owner gave few drips in the smallest sauce cup. Basically owner and staff were cheap and playing

MI’ve been a customer for over five years, but the quality of the food has dropped significantly. The sauce tasted sour, off, and even bitter, and the food seemed like it had gone bad. The portion was also very small. I had to throw it away because it simply tasted that bad. This is unacceptable. I’m not sure if the owner has changed, but the old sauce tasted much better. The sauce—especially the sweet chili—needs to be improved.

Have been visiting Poke City for 10+ years. I order the same thing everytime. Medium Rice bowl, 2 proteins,veggies, sauce and my favorite (avocado-which is an extra charge). Today for the 1st time, my avocado was not ripe at all. It was so hard that it was almost like biting an apple. Please don't charge extra for something that people can't eat. If I had not waited until I was home, 25 minutes away I would have brought it to their attention before I left.

I was disappointed tonight when I went there (for the first time) right after work to eat, decompress, and get more work done. I was happy that they were closing later (9:00pm) so we didn’t have to rush. Then at 8:15pm we were told they were going to start cleaning and putting the chairs on the tables and asked if we could leave. I said, “I thought you closed at 9:00pm?” She said, “we do but we need to start cleaning up.”

having the teriyaki Chicken bowl (wasn’t pleasant at all) $20.00 not worth it. The lady didn’t make any effort to fill it up the plate , she seems very bored working there and the chicken didn’t taste good (old frozen chicken) in the end when they ask you for a tip started to talking in their lenguage(but because I left something she looked at me (and smiled) only time I felt she was ok . The place looks clean

I ordered lunch to-go for my coworkers, and they all loved the fresh, high-quality food. Perfect spot for a healthy and delicious meal, especially if you're on a diet!
I come here all the time and the food and service is always 10/10! They never get my order wrong and my everything is always made fresh. The prices are affordable and it’s my fav poke bowl spot! Highly recommend.

I love the food, but I'm extremely frustrated with the fact that they removed the option to add notes to your Uber Eats order. Then they don't even pick up the phone, so you can tell them what you wanted to say via Uber eats. The food is expensive, so the least they could do is offer customizations if you want extra sauce or extra pineapple.

It’s my first time writing a review. I’ve never showed my frustration at anywhere before. However, this place is absolutely overpriced. I got a small bowl with two scoops of proteins, but their each scoop will be only half of it. I asked if I could get just a little more, but they charged me for extra scoop. I had to pay more than $16 for only $7 worth food. I am aware of that this place is more pricey than other poke places, but have been a regular customer at this place. But I won’t return here again.
