This is the best deconstructed sushi bowl place anywhere!! My kids would eat here everyday if a bowl was not so expensive!! But the quality of fish and veggies that you get here are unmatchable! Just a joy to dig into a bowl of poke with all the fixins. Just bursting with flavor. Love this place.

I've been to a lot of Poke places, but by far this place skimps out on portion. I ordered a medium which is two protein size, and pretty much seemed like one. If portion size was at least reasonable, I'd give it 4 stars or more. If you're fine with the minimum portion size, you'll like this place.

I have family there. I didn't expect it to be the same despite the full name of the restaurant. I didn't expect to find next to zero ounces of spicy tuna either. I ordered a large bowl. The bowl was definitely full. Mostly with rice. The vegetables I selected were awesome and very fresh. The seasoning additions were delicious too. I kept swirling my chopsticks through the bowl looking for tuna. I didn't realize the spicy tuna was minced and the regular tuna was small cubes. I just expected cubes and the kiosk showed me cubes of tuna with a spicy mayonnaise. You get 4 meat choices with a large bowl. The first time I tried to order it was splitting regular and spicy tuna. I kept getting an error message but no explanation. I had two bowls to order and decided to split them up and figure out what was going wrong. First bowl entered successfully... starting the second bowl again and I decided then to go with all spicy tuna and see if the order would go through. It did! The strange thing about the first attempt with both bowls is that without making actual changes it kept sending the error message AND kept increasing the total! I noticed the tip amount was creeping upward but still showing the %. That's when I decided to split the order up. I don't mind tipping on the kiosk at all but I do expect accuracy. This was just a disappointing experience. It could be really good here but some transparency would be amazing.

Great for a quick bite. I tried a poke bowl with salmon and tuna. There were lots of options for toppings and sauces which were all delicious. The woman accommodating me was very helpful and friendly. My main point of criticism was the quality and freshness of the fish. It was noticeably fishy in taste and smell. So much so that it cut through the flavors of the sauces and toppings. I guess I can’t argue given the value and price point but probably won’t be back if in the part of town again. I could have visited on an off day but seafood is something I don’t give too much leeway when it comes to the freshness and quality, especially if served raw. If I visited again, I would probably lean towards and option that uses cooked proteins.

I just craving poke, and I remembered this place. You get to choose either a poke bowl or burrito! I finally found a poke burrito place. I customized a small poke bowl with salmon, tuna, red onions, corn, and masago on a bed of a green salad with ponzu and sweet sesame sauce. It hit the spot. Great place, will be back to try other stuff!

This place use to be wonderful but now you get like 1/4 (or maybe less it was less than half a scoop) cup of rice and 4 prices of spring mix. Will not be going back. If you want good Poke check out Oshi and leave this place to rot. Look at my sad excuse for poke.

The food is fresh and tasty at this location. The customer service is always competent and patient. I do believe the ambiance could use a little warm touch but I always walk out to go home since I live close by & have never sat down to eat. I did notice today when I came in that the young men in the back were being a little nasty towards the young lady working in the front. I only noticed because she was so polite and friendly to me during my order, so their attitudes caught me by surprise. Owners please provide all young managers with management training on how to talk to employees under stress, even if they need to correct an employee a million times, do not do it in front of a customer. The taller boy was aware I watching so I noticed him go silent. Hopefully the other heavier boy will be corrected and taught that the front of the house can be just as stressful as back of the house sometimes, food service requires teamwork as if you were family, not by focusing on negatives! Even if you whisper we can still tell if your tone is mean-spirited towards each other. The young lady had a very polite apologetic response to the boy and I was proud to see her stand up for herself so respectfully and she did not return the rudeness of the coworker. I'm a regular customer so I am glad she works there (I feel like the guys would have been cold towards me if I needed help ordering) so it was nice being served by her and my food was prepared well by her. Overall all good.
