This location is a time wasting joke. Came here today, no note on door but restaurant is closed. Came here 2 weeks ago, they couldn't take orders 🤷 Always got some excuse not to work

08/09/2025 I ordered a 10pc family meal and waited for my food as if it were being cooked fresh. Got home and family immediately discovered the biscuits tasted old as they were a little too hard.. We ate only the chicken and sides this night and we all THE ENTIRE FAMILY awoke between 4am-6am 08/10/2025 barfing our guts out feeling sick to our stomach.. All four of us.. Scared to eat Popeyes again and will not be eating it again for a long time.

Petty management. After ordering a 40 dollar meal my kid wanted a little barbecue sauce and the manager had the nerve to tell a 11 year old that they charged for the sauce and didnt give it to him. A little after we witnessed a black gentelman ask him for some sauce and have it to him. Wonder if he has something against brown folks. Petty for real I recommend going to a different location.

The person taking my order was rude when I asked about the food. The item I purchased was small and dry.

this is the worst Popeyes I've ever been to, it's not possible at all, they don't want to work, I waited 43 minutes for my order. I'll never come here again. People, don't come here!

By far the worst experience!!!! The lady at the drive thru asked me to wait a second before ordering. I waited for 10 min and I finally said hey and she proceeded to get upset that I had the audacity to speak out. So unprofessional and rude

My daughter and I was excited to see Popeyes by her school and close to the house. Don't ask me why we keep letting them play in our face. Our order is consistently wrong. Just left.$42+for 16 piece meal and only got 1 of the 3 sides we ordered. One time, we Uber Eats close to closing. They gave us what was left. Ordered several items including chicken. Got a bunch of stuff we did not order.

I ordered at 1010pm on the Uber eats app. They kept saying it was done and I had to go through 3 drivers to get my food, it wasnt even made until the driver had to go speak to them personally. I got it an hour and 15 minutes later. Hire more people or retrain the ones you have.

After waiting for my mobile order for about a good 10-15 minutes because they did not have my black and chicken ready and the rest of my food was cold because it was just sitting there. I get home and I started eating the chicken wrap with the blackened chicken and it is raw. I’ve tried to call. I’ve tried to reach out to customer support and I have had no luck so if anybody knows how to get in contact with headquarters that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This store is absolutely chaotic! Its so bad the stars need ro be erased when reviewing! The service is slow due to staff shortage. The cook was asked to change the trash as we await our food. I ordered online and pickup time was 1:55pm... I have yet to receive my food and we are now at 2:30pm. We are told nothing as we wait but when asked about our food we get attitude... This is by far my WORST experience at Popeyes! To add insult to injury I'm being told as we speak that it's like this ALL the time at this location by the customernext to me... Please SO NOT advise that I go to another location, simply get this one in order!!! Absolutely disappointed 😞... #AsIReceiveMyFood 2:41pm

I can’t understand how one place can get your order so consistently wrong, I’m so serious I don’t think I’ve had one single correct order in a year it’s actually insane. What makes it even worse is that the smallest simplest orders will take 25-40 minutes to come out AND THEN ITS WRONG??? What were yall even DOING in there?

Horrible place! Food is so bad we cant eat anything from this place. Girl at the window is horrible, mean and oblivious. She is not listening and not responding. Place is dirty
