Abi-Sarah was AWESOME❣️ She was friendly, helpful, patient and personable. I want to support through its recent changes but the food still has not reached nostalgic excellence. I was hoping for a lil more but it was okay.

Denis(the manger) lack of accountability and communication. Worst host who keep
Lying about it just being 30min end waiting 1:30hour just to told another 30min . Ask to speak to manger only for the host to speak in spanish saying that he was in the back not trying to come in the front. didnt realse I spoke Spanish and English. Just disappointing ,if they would have been transparent from the being would have not wasted our time.

This is probably the worst service we have ever had. We all ordered tea to drink with our meals, however we couldn't get a refill because they had already dumped the urns at 9:15 and they also had already cleaned the fountain drink machine. We asked for more bread several times and never got any. I understand why the restaurant was almost empty. So sad that this will probably be the next restaurant to close its doors. We got a new server that was not good. We have had some servers here that were amazing. I miss them. One of them was Leon and his girl friend Farah.

I wanted to try this again because I saw the people on the breakfast club. I was impressed unfortunately the lobster had no flavor and the mash potatoes taste like insent box potatoes. The strawberry Pina clolada was great, and the lobster dip was delicious. Our server was great, but the ladies who assisted him in cleaning up other tables in his section were unprofessional. They gossip the entire time on guest that left and about their personal lives.

This Duluth location is definitely under staffed or something. The food took an hour+ to come out. Then the steaks were not cooked right. It was not just us. So many plates were getting sent back. Almost every table had to wait a while for their food too. It’s sad to see for real.

I was at Red Lobster on Monday evening and the service was terrible. I had to wait a long time before they could bring out my order. I also had to wait a long time for my drink. They did not give me honey mustard like I requested. I had to go to the front to request honey mustard a second time. By the time I left that place, I was so mad. I've eaten at this location numerous times and I've never had such a terrible experience here.

My wife and I went to Red Lobster on a sunday evening. They had sit us very quickly in the dinning room. We waiting for along period of time for a person to come and take our order. The Black & white Managers was looking right at me and my wife table and still didn't get anyone to come over and take our order. It's was not that busy at the time we went to have lunch there. Alot of young people was playing around and laughing loud in the kitchen area. The Atomosphere was very unprofessional setting. They finally give us a waiter 15 minutes later. she was very sweet and concerned how long we was waiting for someone to serve us. The food was ok but, I didn't like how they made us waited along time for someone to take our orders. Other people came in that day the server came fast to get they orders. I think you should treat everybody fairly when they come to your restraurant. I spend good money at your restraurant but didn't treated fairly. I Advice you to train your staff and management team to treat everybody the same when they come to eat food at your restaurant.
