My daughter and I went there for the first time yesterday. From the beginning our experience was very good. The waitress was very nice and made sure our food was correct and that we needed nothing. The food was fresh and delicious. The baklava was great! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. We will definitely go back again when in the area.
It was my first time here and it went amazing, the sever was very sweet and attentive, and as a Persian myself the food was really good had had an authentic flavor. I would love to go again and try more things that they have.

The food here is ridiculous, $22 to get 5 beef nuggets pretty much. I expected more since Jerusalem Cafe offers you so much more. The food here is a joke compared to actual middle eastern food.
The old lady upfront was implying for a tip for a to-go order which was unexpected, we will absolutely NOT be returning for low quality and LOW quantity amount of food.

Very strange flavor palette. Many spices I've never had before, some bitter herbs or something. Nothing like those gyro places or an Italian restaurant. I didn't like it, but the meat was flavorful throughout, it fell off the bone--it seemed high quality.
This place is not for your average American, and I consider myself pretty adventurous. But I'm sure for some people it tastes like home in a way you can't get anywhere else.

This was my first time eating at this establishment.
Food, service and ambiance were all 5 star. The gentleman that served us was warm and fatherly in a very attentive manner.
I ordered the gyro salad, while my son decided on the lamb gyro wrap with French fries. We both were delighted with our food; beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.
For drinks I chose latte to revive me after a 6 hours drive from Amelia island back to Duluth. Best cafe latte with great balance
They have a bar, and the interior is calm, welcoming and decorated the Mediterranean way.
Highly recommend you check them out.

Ordered the Mediterranean pasta and spanakopita and was very disappointed, the portion size for the price doesn't add up.

I drive 45 minutes to eat here! Some reviews I have read here say the food is expensive. I do not know what food items they have ordered, but everything I have ever ordered I have received huge portions that could feed two people! I REALLY love the lemon chicken soup, kabobs, wedding rice and the cherry rice. The service staff is always kind and attentive.

A Hidden Mediterranean Gem, A Must-Visit!
My family and I recently dined at Rose and Olives, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time.
From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed not just by the staff, but by the owner himself, who made it a point to stop by our table. He introduced himself with genuine warmth and shared that every dish is made from scratch by his talented chef. It’s rare to see that level of care and passion, especially from someone so young and successful.
The food was absolutely phenomenal fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every bite was a reminder of how Mediterranean food should taste. We couldn’t pick a favorite dish because everything was just that good. The service was impeccable as well; our server checked in often without being intrusive, making sure we had everything we needed. We never felt rushed, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
A special shoutout to how clean and well-maintained the bathrooms were it's a small detail, but it speaks volumes about the care they put into every part of the restaurant.
The atmosphere at Rose and Olives is warm, inviting, and perfect for everything from a casual family dinner to a special celebration. In fact, the owner mentioned that they host private parties with advance notice, which we’ll absolutely keep in mind for future events. And without a doubt, we’ll be doing all of our catering through them going forward.

Response to owner reply:
Sir, sorry to give your restaurant and mediocre and honest review. I eat out more than most and can eat extremely spicy food, including food that middle eastern and Indian friends cannot eat. While I have reactions to extremely spicy food like sweaty scalp, nose and flushness, my lips never tingle. This only happens with fried foods that have been cooked in well used oil. I am not suggesting your restaurant is unsanitary or unhealthy, I am only suggesting that my food was not good for the reasons I stated. There are way too many restaurants in the area and you need to step up a little with your food, at least for me. I was hesitant to return but after your response I will most definitely not be back to your establishment.
Dined here due to the good ratings on Google. Overall i was on the slight disappointed side. Server was very attentive and friendly. The dips and pita were all very good. However the falafel was not very good and along with the chips, made my lips tingle which is a sign of dirty and overused fry oil. The kabobs were ok.
I hate providing an average rating here, but give the number of Persian, Mediterranean and Indian restaurants in the area, I will likely not be back here.
