There was a hair in my salad today (12/23). I’m so sad! Salata is my favorite and I am a long time customer but it completely ruined the meal because I went from enjoying it to inspecting it to make sure there weren’t any more :(

Great salad. Got a custom salad with jalapeño avocado dressing and pesto chicken and its great! Large portions, easy to order ahead and pick up, fresh ingredients. Nice rewards in the app as well. Love it!

We walked into Salata Jones Creek around 7:30, and even though the team was preparing to close, Erica greeted us with the biggest smile! She was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind — the perfect example of what great customer service should look like.
My husband likes fruit on his salad, and Erica went above and beyond by taking the time to drain the juice so his salad wouldn’t get soggy. It’s those small details that really stand out and show she cares about the customer experience.
Erica absolutely deserves a raise and should be the model for training new employees. She turned an ordinary visit into such a positive experience — thank you, Erica! 💚

I don’t come very often just because of the distance but each time I’ve came in, they’re always extremely friendly and attentive. Today, Amber helped me and she was absolutely AMAZING! We had a very enjoyable conversation about the food and other things. I definitely prefer this location over the one near the Halcyon. Definitely will be back soon!

I was at Salata today. They were backed up with a large online order and short-staffed. The manager had great communication by letting the customers know we would be helped ASAP. They were working very hard and gave exceptional customer service! My salad was great, I would definitely return!
