So I have to say that this salata is kind of hidden inside this mall.But come on, the Regular salad size is enormous and you are going to be satisfied a 100% many options to choose from, all kind of delicious things.I kind of asked a lot of questions to see if the service was good. And the lady who served me did a great job, I am really happy with her attention.You can do take out or dine in. Both good, it’s a lot of food a good price and healthy. So I can’t say no to that.Happy with my meal

If I were the owner of a chain enterprise, I would never allow the following to happen: there are too many problems in the management of this store, and the employees here often change in three days. The female manager of this store often sits on the sofa and drinks, and sometimes she turns a blind eye to the long queue of guests. What's more strange is that she often makes a loud noise of throwing iron basins when serving, as if the guests owe her money, and the toilet is often dirty. There are few guests in the empty, and I feel sorry for them.

I’m giving a one star review because the Employee Server, Fang Y., didn’t notify me that the Tortilla Wrap Press Machine wasn’t working until I got down near the end of the counter to pay. At the very beginning of the line, I communicated to Fang that I wanted 2 wraps to go and would have appreciated it if she would’ve notified me then that the Press Machine wasn’t working instead of wasting time telling her what all I want in my wraps only to find out that the Press Machine isn’t working after getting down to the end of the counter where I pay.Fang asked if I still wanted to have a cold wrap or a salad since the Press Machine was down, and I communicated that they might as well try to still wrap the salad since I already took the time of being under the impression that I would have a warm pressed wrap. During the time she was attempting to wrap the salad, a white co-worker gentleman assisted her. They both chuckled at some point while trying to wrap the salad and I did not appreciate it, and felt like the service that was provided at this Salata wasn’t genuine based on the chuckles.Light chuckles of laughter is the last thing I need when I’m not getting what I was under the impression of what I was going to pay for at the beginning of the line. So thanks to Fang and the co-worker gentleman, I am giving a one star review. Attached is the receipt of the time I paid for the disingenuous service. Take care.

If you love salad, I definitely recommend Salata. They have every topping you can think of and several protein options including a few different chicken varieties, beef, salmon, shrimp, crab and beans. I think they had about 12 different options for dressing too. And it’s very reasonably priced. Everything is fresh. The small option is a big serving. Customer service here is great too.

If you want to waste your time and money come to this location . I came here on a Sunday afternoon because I was craving a steak salad. They charged me $4.90 for steak and was only served 3 small steak pieces. My salad came out to almost $16 which is insane. Not to mention the girl serving me acted like she did not want to be there . Horrible experience I definitely won’t be returning.

The manager at this place is so rude. I came in with my mom for the first time today; my mother’s first language is not English but she tries to practice her English whenever she can (it’s not the best yet). While we were ordering, he rudely told us he could not hear us and that we had to open our mouths when we spoke. I did not acknowledge that comment and moved on, but my mother felt unwelcomed and uncomfortable as she is trying her best in learning the language. While we were paying, Roneisha (I apologize for misspellings) was an angel. She apologized for her managers behavior.We sat outside to eat and five minutes later, she came out and asked us if we wanted a cookie or anything to apologize for the behavior. She acknowledged that he was rude and she said she did not know what to do. She was amazing and I hope she gets a raise.The food was good, bit pricy. However, the behavior from the male was unacceptable and I hope that gets resolved soon.

Ordered delivery. Great portion size, and everything was super fresh. Love the fact you can add a many toppings as you want with no upcharge. Portion size for the add-on protein was also generous. Dressings were very tasty as well.

Rae’nisha (apologies if I am misspelling) was so sweet and helpful. She was the only one that was worth even speaking to. The manager was rude and pushy, was not given his name. But he knows who he is. This was our first time coming here…and if we ever visit again it will ONLY be because Rae’nisha made sure our salads were worth the price.
