Sara donuts located on Medlock Bridge Rd in Duluth is hands-down one of the best donut places I've been to not just in Gwinnett county but the Atlanta area As a whole! I discovered Sarah donuts while staying the with some friends who reside not far from here. As far as the service goes, I would argue that it's pretty consistent and the people working behind the counter are very friendly! The day I went (12/19/23) there was one lady behind the counter, she was nothing but nice to me and my mom throughout our visit here. The donut I had was a red velvet! It was cooked at the right temperature and amazing as it touched my mouth. This is a nice little casual donut shop and it is very convenient anytime you wanna get a quick donut and get on your way! Again, I cannot emphasize how good these donuts are! I will be back next time I'm in the Duluth area! Thanks so much.

The donuts here are incredible! Make sure to come fairly early because they always make the donuts fresh in the morning. If you come too late, they might have already run out! If you try their donuts, you will understand why. The donuts have amazing texture and chewiness. They are very airy and fluffy with the perfect amount of sweetness. Some of my favorites are the glazed, chocolate frosting, strawberry frosting, Boston cream, and twist donut, but I’m sure you can’t go wrong with any of them. I really recommend checking this place out!

Next to BP gas station. Limited parking. Small cute little place. Known for their various pastries. Not many tables to dine in. Delivery services will have to go inside to pickup. Good customer service and friendly.

I had a disappointing experience that presented as racially motivated. I walked in before an older white man. The male owner shooed me to the side and took the other man's order. The man urge me to go ahead (acknowledging that I was there first). The owner (again) shooed me to the side and urged the older man to step ahead of me. The owner kept appeasing the older man offering him free milk, etc...I politely cancelled my order and left. I will never return.

These are the best donuts in all of Atlanta. Light, fluffy, and the highest quality taste in every variety. The cinnamon stick is my favorite! I go out of my way to go to one of their locations.

The donuts are made fresh daily, all the filled donuts are filled right there on the spot when you order it (impressive) and they’re not stingy with any of the ingredients. The filled donuts are filled, the maple bacon donuts have a bunch of bacon, and the icing donuts have a good amount of icing.I’ve been to another Sara Donuts closer to me, and it didn’t it taste or look the same as this location. I drove further for this specific location because the quality was consistently better and I’ll definitely always come here because of how warmhearted the owner is and how friendly all the other staff is.I visited over a month ago for the first time and talked about how my brother found this place and it reminded me of a mom and pop shop in Houston, TX. I came in today and she immediately remembered our conversation about Texas and was just as nice and friendly as before. She’s only seen me once, and I don’t think anything visually stood out to be memorable. The donuts are great, but that lady really showed me how much of a gem she and her store are and how much love and effort goes into this place.Definitely worth going to this specific store just for her, but I’ve never been disappointed with any of the donuts in the few dozen I’ve bought
