Haven’t been to this location in a very long time. Pleasantly surprised it’s been remodeled inside and has a 100 health score at the time of this review Dec 24, 2024. Food excellent, service excellent, atmosphere great. Highly recommend if looking for a sandwich.

This is a Chicken Caesar Salad The truth is that it had almost no chicken and it is cold, the sauce is delicious but I expected more to be honest, I also ordered a bread and it was good

Maybe I went on a bad day twice. But not worth the money, presentation, or ingredients. I can make a better sandwich at the house.
Very pleasant experience. I had not eaten at schlotzsky's in over 10 years. I am a very picky vegetarian and Keerthi was very sweet and patience with me. We need more workers like her always smiling with a positive attitude. I will definitely be back.

A few weeks ago I tried to redeem 100 reward points for a free sandwich. Whatever the cashier's register said, she didn't honor my rewards. No free sandwich, and I was out of 100 rewards points. I called Corp and told them what happened. I was told someone from the location I had gone to would call me. The store manager called yesterday, apologized for the problem, and told me I could come in for a free small sandwich. When I arrived both the cashier and the person who prepared the food took care of me. When I said I wanted to make it a combo, the cashier told me the combo would be on the house! That was totally unexpected. She went above and beyond. This really made my day. I will definitely be back.
