Ordered online two smoked turkey medium sandwiches and paid extra for swiss and provolone cheese. Food was delivered and no cheese on either sandwiches. Called to inform the restaurant and they tried to dispute my order. If I had a way back to the restaurant, I would have returned the sandwiches. No courteous refund or how to fix the problem for a service paid for.

Came here to treat myself to a delicious sandwich and it was after 11am. No one in sight and door was locked. Pretty disappointing 😞. And multiple cars were waiting in the parking lot waiting for them to open.
Came in last Tuesday and ordered a sandwich that I NEVER received. Place my order up front with the cashier then after about 20 minutes passed, the cashier looks over at me and FINALLY realizes that she never rang my order up properly and so they NEVER made my sandwich. She then tried to rush and make it after she realized what happened and asked me to waste another 10 minutes waiting on them to make it. I’m sitting here waiting and watching other people get there orders all while waiting on mine, only to never receive it AT ALL! I wasted my entire lunch break waiting on food I never got all because of negligence. I was soo frustrated and hungry, I simply left with no food and an empty stomach. Drove 20 minutes to get to this place only to NOT get what I ordered. The kicker is that the place wasn’t busy at all when I went so I don’t understand how in the world this mishap even happened. I don’t plan to ever return here nor recommend this place to anyone else. This should never happen!
