Customer service is lacking, they are no Starbucks. I tried a drink, took one sip and didn’t like it. I asked the lady if it she would mind making something else, she rolled her eyes and said she couldn’t make it for free I’d have to pay for a new drink. Won’t visit them again.

Price is reasonable and all those bread is not too sweet. I like how they setup everything very clean but smell and ventilation seems to be done better. Because I still smell the paint inside of the restaurant.

I love the decorated vibe that they have going on. Like a nice little coffee shop set up. I love their little pigs in a blanket. Their cheesecake and cakes are good. The pastries are good as well. It's just such a refreshing experience to see all the baked goods.?

Shulie's Cafe & Bakery is one of many asian-style pastry shops in Duluth. Their selection is reasonably sized and their drinks cater to more than coffee lovers.Things you should know:I. PARKINGThe cafe is on the left end of a plaza, sharing a public lot with the other businesses. There's always an available space.II. SERVICETimely and kindIII. QUALITYFresh. The coffee is standard. And the pastry selection, compared to the other neighboring Korean bakeries, is fair. Nothing stood out to me as outstanding or made Shulie's unique from the others, but it is a solid, spacious space to hang out in. It's too noisy for work, but you can't go wrong with visiting here with friends or family.IV. CAPACITYThe least busy times are on weekdays before noon. Weekends and lunch hours are crowded.

NOT recommended and be on the look out on their stuff...I give them one star because I have a prove that they don't check their expiration date on their stuff...Dude gave me bunch of cookies for free thinking that they were generous and turns out all of them were expired... highly NOT recommended.. sry guys but... maybe be better at it if you are dealing with something that people eats... lost trust on their food.

Amazing service and delicious pastries!!! This is a great spot for students or people who need a quiet place to study and work. Highly recommend trying their croffles too! Will definitely be back :)

Super friendly staff that you can tell cares. Great drinks and really tasty baked goods! The cafe is super clean and nicely designed as well!!! :)

This is the first time we stop by here. The servers were really friendly and nice. Beautiful ambiance. Very spacious! A great place to hang out or study. Pastries/desserts look delicious! This is the only bakery that we know of that have samples of the pastries! We ordered some drinks and pastries and it was amazing! Love it! Will for sure stop by here again!

I recently visited Shulie's Cafe & Bakery and was impressed by the store's beautiful decor and ample seating. There's a ton of variety on the menu, which is great. Unfortunately, my boba was terrible - it was hard and chewy. The cake was also a bit stale. I really wanted to like this place, but the competition is tough around here and it didn't meet my expectations.

Great atmosphere and decor. I ordered a chai latte, and it didn’t disappoint. It was good. Tried a couple of cake slices, and they were disappointing, especially for the price. I would absolutely not spend the money on an entire cake from here. Tried the pastries and the custard filled and bean filled ones. They were decent. All in all, average place, okay service, very very clean and pretty inside.

Great drinks and friendly service! Very spacious cafe, with tons of bakery and drink options to choose from. I recommend this cafe for those trying to find a cozy place to study or hang out with friends.

We ordered bubble teas, some breads, and two fish bread. They have custard and red bean options. You can mix half and half of those. Bread is just ok. Personally, the bread at Mozart or Paris baguette bakery nearby is a lot better. More soft and tasty. Here the bread batter needs to be more mixed. Otherwise, the bread turns out little bit hard like here, unless you use more butter. We went Sambong restaurant next to this place and thus were easy to stop by for desert. We ordered one full custard and mix for the other. They, accidentally, made half and half for both. Since two of my friends can't eat red beans, we asked them to remake it with custard. The owner, however, wasn't happy about our request and thus didn't say sorry about our inconvenience. Instead, she asked me which ones were custard and beans. Dang...how would I know it unless I open it one by one? We just found out one bean fish bread from both batch. Finally, she said she will make half new one. Half new ones? hahaha. I told her 'please do so' if you can distinguish which one is which. We waited for quite sometime and didn't hear anything. So we went to the cash counter and found out new fish bread, which was already cold. They didn't call us or bring to our table. And so we asked them to make it warm. Finally when we got it, half of them was remade and half of them was cold from the previous batch. Are you kidding? For custard fish bread, you eat warm. Otherwise, its hard.

Greeted with a smile! Ambiance is lovely. Service is nice. Pastries and desserts look delicious. I ordered a bagel but a simple bagel was tasty and just the right crunch for a toast. I look forward to returning.

This is my most favorite Korean bakery in the state. The owners are the sweetest and so kind! They have the BEST mochi donuts, not greasy like other places I’ve been to, the best cinnamon sugar rice donuts, the cream cheese walnut pastry is to die for and the list goes on! let me make sure I give a HUGE shout out on their club sandwiches. The BEST, I mean the BEST I’ve had. I’ve taken a lot of their breads and sandwiches into several offices only to hear raving reviews and new customers to them. I had to take a two week break because me clothes started to get snug! I don’t even bat an eye at any other Korean Bakery anymore. Their iced americano, so refreshing!! Everything I’ve had so far, even their strawberry cupcake with strawberry cream cheese frosting, a moist cake and strawberry jam in the center is delicious. You won’t be disappointed, and if you are, then more for me! ??COME GET ONE OF THESE BLUEBERRY OR CHOCOLATE MOUSSE!!!

New cafe in Duluth! Great space and atmosphere! Only had red bean donut and butter cream bread but so far so good! Will come back for more
