We ordered the Sashimi party special for dinner couple weeks ago and got really sick the next morning. Sashimi probably wasn't kept fresh and gave us food poisoning.. We eat Sashimi all the time and never experienced being sick. Might have been just unlucky day but I don't think we are going to risk it and eat here again.

The flatfish sashimi recommended by 8 people, the plentiful food, the service from the friendly employees and the counter lady were the best, and the last hit was the spicy fish stew. I was visiting from out of state and received rave reviews even in the car on the way home, so I ended up recommending it upon my return. The fatigue of 7 hours went away thanks to Fresh. Thank you for the best service and food. Will visit again

This is a place I always order from, but today the service was very unpleasant. I placed an order for pick-up at 6:00 with a to-go order today, and the store said it would be available until 6:45, so I asked to cancel it because I thought it would be too late. It was around 5 o'clock at that time. However, the person taking the order said it would be a shame to lose a customer and asked them to order it because they would make sure it was done by 6:30. Thank you for saying that, so I just ordered it. However, since the pickup is at 6:20, I have to wait another 40 minutes. No, then wouldn’t this have happened if you had accepted it when I canceled in the first place? You've wasted the customer's time and money. Now... if it doesn't work out, shouldn't you have called me again and told me you're sorry but it won't work? Since I'm going to pick up, what are you going to do if I tell you that I can pick up at 7 o'clock? I'm so disappointed and annoyed by today's service.
