Didn’t receive my 21$ worth of points. When I finally reached someone the owner expected me to play phone tag to fix the issue. Not good. Service not good enough for me to return to this location for a smoothie.

Glad to see our favorite smoothie shop is now present and growing in this area of Gwinnett. My smoothies are usually served pretty quickly and tastes good. The customer service is good and friendly.

I came in at 8:52pm. I understand it’s late, but I just drove 6 hours and was rushing to get there before 9:00pm close. The door was unlocked. I said are you closed? He said we lock the door at 8:50. But it wasn’t locked. And I feel like they just didn’t want to make anymore smoothies. It was embarrassing, frustrating, and super disappointing.

just went to this location on a friday 10.6.23 and i was waiting behind a couple people when i seen only one worker working..the wait however was not long whatsoever, ive came a few times and seen the same girl working those times. made sure to tip her good of course but thank you to sheyla who worked her butt off to make sure i got my drink in a timely manner and communicated throughout the entire time with chaos going on in there. definitely ask for her when you come here ??????

Located next to Panera and Red Ginger. Small and narrow location. Ordered a 32 ounce lemon ginger spinach smoothie, upgraded from a 20 ounce with the app. $7.52They scored 100% on their health inspection, well done! Option to get a plastic cup or a styrofoam cup. Styrofoam would keep or cooler, but thinking the plastic is likely BPA free here. They have açaí bowls here, that's new since I was last at a Smoothie. Our lemon ginger tastes good as expected.

I came in this past Friday I don’t normally come to smoothie places but good thing I did. Shayla helped me pick out the best smoothie and did an amazing job blending it and even conversated with me while making it !!! The owner did an amazing job training her , will definitely be coming back more

This was my first time at a smoothie king and Shayla did a great job at helping me navigate the menu. I ended up with "the hulk" coffee and it tasted wonderful. Will be back!

Just left this place, 3 people working and it takes them 20 minutes to make a smoothie ??? That’s ridiculous, it was me and another person waiting. 3 people on the clock for what ? Laughing, looking around..
