Is the phone just there for decoration?
I’ve called this Smoothie King more times than I’d like to admit, and I’m starting to think the phone is just a prop. On the rare occasion someone does answer, they act like I’m bothering them—wild concept for a business sighing is crazy work .Today I could barely hear the person before they hit me with a ✨click✨ like I was the problem. No “Hello?”, no patience, just attitude and a dial tone. If customer service is optional here, just let us know so we can stop
If answering the phone is against policy now, just post a sign so we don’t waste our time. I’m not mad, just…curious. 👀
