Smoothie King

This is by far the worst Smoothie King I have ever been to! As a proud owner of two Smoothie King locations, I am absolutely disgusted and beyond disappointed. The staff here is completely unprofessional—employees have AirPods in, one was literally making a smoothie while texting on his phone and listening to something. They have no clue whose smoothie they’re even making. The entire place is filthy—the walls are dirty, the floors are a mess, and the overall cleanliness is unacceptable. This is a disgrace to the brand. I will be calling the health department immediately, and I will make sure this location is held accountable!

They make smoothies dog, why tf is it taking 10 mins to get a smoothie in a drive thru. Staff is nice sometimes but still it’s annoying , and then you can’t even leave the line bc they have it blocked off. They need serious help here

To say the staff here are amazing would be falling extremely short of the mark. Each and every one of them have their own unique style and it all blends so perfectly together. As the manager, I strive to give excellent customer service and I do enjoy being told countless times that we have made someone’s day or that our location is now their favorite!

On the flip side-every dog has its day- be gentle with us on our not so good days. :)

Ordered a smoothie online for pickup promise time was 10-15 minutes. Got there right at the 15 mark smoothie was not ready. It was stated that the ordere didn’t come through but i got the confirmation email along with the promise time. Sat at the drive thru window while employee walked passed window multiple times and did not knowledge me.

Found hair in my smoothie once I received my smoothie bowl. Employee mentioned, it wasn’t anyone hair in the kitchen but it could’ve been a customer hair. I was confused as to why and how a customer hair was in my smoothie bowl. It was just a disappointment since this was my first time trying out a smoothie, despite of them making me a new one I was still disgusted!

Stephanie and the boys were the best! I dropped my smoothies in my car after i picked my mobile order up .. i called and asked if i could get them remade and they said yes with no hesitation and had it made for me before i got there! 10/10 recommend!!

This location used to be ideal. There was never prolonged waiting and the customer service was excellent. Every since the bulk of the previous staff from at least 6 months ago wasn't retained, the service has plummeted. I go during the day and it's either short staffed with only 1 employee or the door is locked. I go in the evening and I've been subjected to hearing music with vulgarity (n and b words). Seems that this location went through a complete change in staff and management and it was not for the better. They should call all of the former employees and apologize.

I love getting smoothies at this location; however, recently this location is closed for most of the day throughout the week and completely closed on Tuesdays. Prior to these limited hours, I got smoothies here several times a week on my lunch break. My go to for lunch is now unavailable to me. What is the reason this location is closed so often?

Its really ridiculous that the doors are locked only for men & doesn't apply to women in the morning.
