The worst location! They never have smoothie bowls apparently and the employees never know what’s going on when it comes to promotions or any questions regarding their products. WOW

Workers are very very rude. My smoothie was not even blended well. Big pieces of spinach and bananas chunks is what I tasted. I asked them to make it over. The young lady had an attitude, I asked her what was her name, she told me I do not have to give you my name, I asked who was the manager and when that person would be in. One of the workers told me, she did not know who the manager was. This location needs to go through some serious customer service training and training on how to make smoothies or close down. Very unprofessional. I will also follow up with a call to Smoothie King Corporate office.

They made my smoothie bowl so watery that when I opened it, it spilled all over me. It also wouldn’t close, so when I tried closing it, it proceeded to spill over more. All, I’m saying, if you see that your smoothie bowl looks like water in a bowl. Probably make it again. Never coming back.

What a disappointment! On my first visit to this Smoothie King, there was no greeting, and the staff seemed indifferent. Despite being accustomed to providing my name for the order, it wasn't requested. When my smoothies were ready, they weren't labeled, forcing me to inquire about each one. The overall experience was unpleasant, and I'll be passing by next time I'm in the area. Clearly, there's a need for significant improvement in customer service training. I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Time of visit 12:05pm.

Late opening. LIKE AN HOUR. No hello. And then stood there like I was the inconvenience.I had somewhere to go, planned to get me and my daughter a smoothie and this made us late cause they didn't open on time.

The workers are rude. There such a poor customer service. Went there today through the drive through, there wa say paper that said no Apple Pay so I asked the girl if they didn’t take it just to confirm and she said “is that what the paper says? Then no”. So I asked then how can I pay and she said “inside”. Like what’s the point of the rude comment, she could’ve just started with “you can pay inside”. Then when I went inside I could tell the workers were saying things. On top of that the smoothie was bad, tasted like pure protein powder. Def not going back and hopefully they fix their attitudes

Rama (at the drive-thru window) is RUDE and gives attitude! I've visited this location plenty of times and this is my first time encountering her and it definitely put a damper on wanting to come back to this location. Also to add, this is the first time my order was incorrect.

Rude Rude Rude. Customer service horrible. My 1st time here and last time. Ordered a 32 oz Mango with multivitamins and protein. Lady asked did I want a receipt? No, then I changed my mind I wanted my receipt. $11 and some change. I asked lady for my receipt, she said I threw it in the trash. Okay so it should be on top because I haven't left window another worker comes to the window and says there is no receipt in the trash. Okay can you just write down what I ordered, with your store number and the date please? So I changed my mind, I want my receipt. She couldn't pull it back up. Nasty, Rude customer service. She didn't want to write receipt on paper, but she did. Didn't want to give lady name because she was a minor and her manager said she didn't have to give her name either. I understand that. No name tag on. This is their policy. Understandable. People can change their minds about receipt while still at the window.
