If you’re looking for a place where the server’s phone gets more attention than you do, congratulations — you’ve found it.

I came here with friends for crepes, and the real dish served was chaos. One friend ordered a strawberry crepe with no bananas. Simple enough, right? First plate: full of bananas and had in fact more bananas than the friend who actually wanted them. Second plate: supposedly banana-free, but sure enough, a sneaky slice was lurking inside like it was undercover. At this point I felt like the crepe came with free gaslighting.

Meanwhile, the server was so glued to her phone I felt like I had to send her a push notification just to get noticed. It took multiple tries just to get her attention, and when we finally asked to see the bill, a basic customer right, she flat-out refused to show us a breakdown before charging us. To top it off, there was a random $0.75 “Nutella tax” that no one mentioned beforehand. Apparently Nutella here is treated like a luxury import.

Between the stealth bananas, the invisible bill, the surprise charges, and the server’s undying love for her screen time, this place felt less like a tea house and more like a sitcom — unfortunately, not the funny kind.

The Taro smoothie and the taro milk tea gave my friend and I food poisoning. I was throwing up before I left the parking lot

We ordered the oreo toast. Its a good one time dessert. Also ordered honey lemon tea it was a little too sour for me. But my friend loves it. I had drip coffee which was just like any other place. All in all its a good hangout place. They have jenga which my daughter loved to play with.

We called to order crepes but canceled because the guy who took our order was strangely rude. Went to Wowbooza instead it was great :)

Nice family owned establishment. Open late. Good service. Comfortable atmosphere. Good for kids and large parties. Large menu. My only feedback is possibly getting better/brighter lighting. The lights are a little too dim at night.

I had a great experience at Snowflake Tea House! The portion sizes are huge — definitely great for sharing. My friends and I split the chocolate banana honey toast with rose jasmine tea, and it was delicious. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun dessert spot to enjoy with friends.

I love going here for some thinly shaved ice cream. I took my mom here for the first time and she loved it so much she asked to go again the next day. They have a great variety of flavors, toppings and other desserts you can choose from. My favorite is the strawberry snow ice cream with condense milk, mochi and fresh strawberries. It's so refreshing! My mom loves the strawberry snow ice cream with condense milk, red beans and lychee jelly. It's always on our must stop by when we're in town.

Great place to hangout with friends and family. They have large menu and all kinds of teas, refreshing drinks, desserts and crepes. You can bring your own games and play there while enjoying their savories. I would like to try their snowflake next time. Couldn’t try it last time as it serves 4-5 people

It smelled awful and the girl was not friendly. She attended her friend's before us .
