The crepes were delicious. The traditional tea was very good! The Snowflake desert is also very good! Will come again! Ridiculously fast service!
Underrated gem. Great tea and good snacks
It was absolutely perfect. Love the songs, the waiters are really nice, and everything is really tasty. The tables are clean and the service doesn't take that much time. It's amazing.
Kid-friendliness: It had straws for every drink. Amazing for kids.

This place use to be my favorite crapes spot. Didn't visit it for a while but did this last weekend and was very disappointed. ☹️ The place was empty, which was really different from all my past visits. I ordered a crepe to go and honestly was severely disappointed with the crepes. They were rubbery and thick and just tasked gross. It felt like a waste of money and time. Don't think I'll be visiting again unfortunately.

This place exceeded expectations for shaved ice. By mixing the flavor then freezing and shaving the ice. It's tastes much better than other shaved ice places that add the flavor on top. I wish they had other locations

This place was alright! The food was just fine. Honestly no complaints in terms of flavor but the food presentation is a bit lackluster. I wouldn’t mind coming here again. Overall an average experience.

I tried to order from the kiosk, but it's only for carryout orders. If you dine in, a waiter takes your order at your table, which means you have to pay tip.
Honestly, I was not impressed by the shaved ice. I had the matcha green tea with red bean and taro. It was NOT actual taro pieces at all. It was a chewy mochi taro color. Also, the red bean was still hard and not soft to chew. The shaved ice melted so fast and was just a watery bowl.
We also tried the hot red bean soup with black sesame mochi balls. There wasn't much red bean in it, but a better choice than the shaved ice, in my opinion.
The pink chairs were cute, but overall, the decor and ambiance was not that appealing. The air conditioning is also very cold under those vents at every booth.

Wish they had crepes with savory fillings but they are mostly sweet; even the meat offerings were sweet teriyaki. Nice selection of ice cream. Star of the show for me was the iced Rose Earl Grey tea. Delicious. Service was excellent.

Pricy! Most expensive fruit snow I ever had, make matter worst it’s suppose to have fruit topping on it but it’s not! Basic plain too sweet over price disgusting snow is also the worst I have.
Hope nasty rip off like this place out of business

Strawberry Snowflake is so delicious!!! The Waffle and ice cream is good but I guess a bit small for $6-$7

There is office hours posted on google and at the bussiness door, I got embarrassed I brought some friends and the place was not open yet, waited 10 minutes and no one showed up and there is no notes at the door to where it will be opening any time soon or if if is closed for any reason.

I've been looking for really good almond bubble tea and crepes. This place delivered! Everything tasted sooo good~ Definitely going to be a regular here. It was nice and cozy inside as well.

This was disappointing snow ice. The ice was not flaky and light. Just compare their pics to what we got. The condensed milk or milky ice base they used had a weird aftertaste. I overlook bad service if the food is great but both weren't good

On a Saturday afternoon, they have 3-4 tables of guests. Reasonable price menu item. Okay service. A bit "dead" atmosphere. Super quick food service. Food portion size was okay, wish it can be a bit more generous. Ceramic bowl had a crack (lower side), ideally the bowl should have been trashed, so people don't get cut by it. The snowflake (milk based) shave ice is delicious, very sweet. It's hard to find this type of saved ice nowadays. Will consider revisit.
