You have to have at least one pound of food. Staff is friendly and food quality is good but it seems to have decreased a bit since it’s opening but most restaurants are like that these days. Stop by if you crave some korean mala or just want to explore some new food options.

It was my third visit a few months ago. I went to the restaurant in the late afternoon, and the sunlight coming in through the window was reflecting off the floor, making it hard to keep my eyes open. It was uncomfortable to eat because of that and the person sitting next to me also kept changing seats.
Still, the food was good but the service was a bit less pleasant than before.

I recommend starting off with a low spice level for the broth. The flavors are excellent and I love that you can customize the topping to your liking. There are lots of options for noodle and proteins.

I love Sorimarra! The self serve is so convenient and they have so many options! Not just the mala soup but the rice is good as well as the friend options! Must go! It’s my fave spot as a mala lover

The workers are really nice and food tastes like authentic Korean style malatang!! A wide variety of ingredients to choose from; they even have a make your own sauce bar!

This place has gone downhill so bad. The owner needs to step up. I used to love this place when it opened back in 2024, but the quality has dropped tremendously. At my last visit, the ingredients (especially the enoki mushrooms) looked old and worst of all the broth had no flavor. It tasted like water, and the ingredients that I choose tasted as if it was cooked in just plain water. You will be better off taking your business to another self serve hot restaurant.
