I absolutely love this location—it’s literally across the street from me, and I come here regularly. The staff is always friendly, and I’ve never had an issue with any orders. One small request: I’d be thrilled if you could upgrade your ice machine to the nugget (pebble) ice—that soft, chewable ice that some other Starbucks use. It’s not just fun to crunch—it chills drinks more efficiently and keeps them from getting watery too quickly. Thanks for considering—and keep up the great work!

Ordered a tall and got half a cup of coffee. Also said extra hot. I was able to drink after 5mins whole coffee without giving a pause it was not HOT.

This location refuses to make certain drinks through the drive thru. Poor service
Did a mobile order and was checking my emails while I waited for it to be ready. As I was waiting an employee came up to me and said “this cafe is for paying customers only”. Not only was I embarrassed, but the employee did not apologize once I went to pick up my order. She just stood there and stared.

My favorite Starbucks in the Duluth area hands down! The staff here are so personable, friendly and helpful and always make a point to say hello to my pup as we drive through. This has now become a weekly ritual for us after our walk, and at 13yrs of age, my dog can absolutely get a pup cup every week! In fact, if we go for a walk and I drive straight home she pouts. Thanks to the wonderful staff for making us feel so welcome.

Sophie got upset because I advised her my drink was made incorrectly even though I asked when she handed it to me if it was made right because it looked like it was made wrong and she said it was. But then they want to get upset when I come back for a remake because they continue to make my drink incorrectly. Wouldn’t you rather me tell you at the drive-through that the drink is made wrong so you can quickly remake it instead of having me come all the way back and then get upset because I’m back again for a remake. Terrible attitudes.

I refuse to shop at another Starbucks until the broader company of Starbucks allows us to pour our own sugar and creamer into our coffee again, as one allows an adult human to do. I get it they’re trying to pinch a few cents out of each order, but it makes the company look petty.

this is my go to starbucks but ever since a new asian guy is taking orders, it’s gone down. he’s very disrespectful and clearly does not care about customers, handed me my drink and just said “here 😐” the way he was just taking the order “what do you want” it was just not the same as before. i miss all the nice ppl there :(
