I go here every single day, and not once had an employee had an attitude with me or be rude. They are always nice, and I had met the manager before and she’s just as nice as they are! The drinks at top tier perfect, and inside is a little empty but we are there just for some drinks! I totally recommend ??Dietary restrictions: They have little boxes you can buy, and they have fruits and a sandwich, or a sandwich in a bag which are good to me. They don’t have much calories in them!Kid-friendliness: They have drinks that don’t have coffee in it like the strawberry crème frappe, which I get for my daughter.
The consistency of Starbucks' offerings is usually reliable. However, what truly sets apart the best experiences are the atmosphere, cleanliness, and the service provided by the employees. Unfortunately, I was somewhat disappointed by the service at this particular store. Initially, the greeting from the staff lacked friendliness and energy. Additionally, as I left the store carrying four Venti drinks on a tray, one of the employees entered without holding the door for me, despite seeing my situation. This was quite unusual for a Starbucks store, and I believe it may indicate a need for employee retraining at this location. On a brighter note, the drinks I ordered— including the Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha, Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade, and my favorite Caramel Macchiato— were all excellent and well-received by those who consumed them.

I liked this location. It was clean and lively on a Saturday at 10 am. The team of baristas were upbeat and pleasant. I would come here again as everyone seemed to not absolutely hate their jobs and it’s nice to sit and try their new pistachio latte.

I ordered a 2 grande white hot chocolate as I drove off half way home I lift 1/2 of the drink and realize it’s literally half way empty. I go back to the drive-thru and explain to them they gave me a half empty cup. (I didn’t get nasty or ask for anything free for the inconvenience and the staff wasn’t remorseful or empathetic at all when it was their mistake on their behalf) after they re-made the drink I then again leave and realize I got a grande hot white mocha instead of the white hot chocolate. There’s a difference clearly. but this new crew sucks I never had a problem until today. I’ll just be checking my drink and opening the lid before I leave at this point. Incompetent team. I honestly felt like it was done on purpose for whatever reason. Anyways I won’t tip or buy from this location anymore. The crazy thing is this was the location I relied on and always spent money for my coffee etc. never again.
