The barista was nice and friendly towards the customers before me, but I didn't like how both the customers and the barista were talking loudly and being negative about people working in deliveries. They acted like they were in high school, and it was disgusting. When it was my turn to order, her attitude completely changed. Suddenly, the vibe felt completely hostile and negative. I don't know if she's hostile towards all Japanese people, but it's not okay.

The customers is so bad they should just close. Employee with headphones. Will look directly at you and roll there eyes. Ridiculous the coffee isn’t free. I will go the independent store down the road from now on.
