Looks like they are understaff and the person who helped us tried his best, But may be lacking of experience the output is not good ordered 2 vente spicy dragon fruit with less ice, Initially he forgot to keep the dragon fruit and he tried to fix it by adding dragon fruit and messed up the drink , I am here for a refreshing drink rather than that you guys ruined my evening.
And the quantity of ice he kept in the drink is insane, I feel he kept more ice than regular though I asked for less ice I even mentioned second time of less he looks like he did not care of that so he just gave the super ice drink.

The drinks were are always amazing, and the store maintains cleanliness and comfort. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a great atmosphere and a welcoming staff.

The employees here do not pay attention or care about their job. They have given me the wrong thing multiple times. I have allergies and they do not seem to care and just give you whatever. Go to any other starbucks.

This location is getting 3 stars, due to the rudeness of my order taking long on purpose. I noticed my order was put in around and before other customers and it was purposely ignored today. The manager was very accommodating and nice! She told me they were backed up, but i know he purposely put mine to the side. The next time i come to this location and I see this particular man making the drinks i will kindly leave. Thanks
