I'm only giving them a 1 star because there's no drive-thru
Visited this location at 8:30 on Friday, 8/1. The attendants refused to take my order even though the location doesn't close until 9PM.

I go to a Starbucks every morning. That is not a typo. I have visited this one for the past 6 years. I have been to at least two dozen different ones in the Atlanta area over the past few years, but this one is closest to our home, so I probably go here at least 3 times per week on average.
This store is very well run, in my opinion better than most. Yes, there were times during Covid when things got a bit weird, and yes, sometimes they have days where it takes a little longer than the estimated time for my order to be done. And yes once they wouldn’t let me order an apple turnover because they were saving them for the next day lol.
But those days are so few. Overwhelming more often I get my order within the apps slotted estimate.
And the crew here is awesome. Friendly and welcoming. In fact, I’ve had more issues with rude customers. Keep up the good work!

I have to come here fairly often. They are always super late when you order online ahead. Every other Starbucks in the area, I can put in an order even a few moments ahead of time and still have it waiting at the drive thru. This place is always at least a 10-15 minute wait, even on just a black coffee.
Today I watched as the barista made a cup of coffee which spilled over completely to the outside of the cup. I watched thinking, surely she's going to transfer that to a new cup. Instead, she just slapped a lid on the cup that was completely filled to the brim. It even splashed out as it was being handed to me. The heat sleeve had melted open before I got to my car so I had to go in and get a new one. I'm not sure what kind of training goes on here, but this is just basic common sense stuff.

The atmosphere is nice and the staff are so friendly! It was especially cool to see this young man named Chris working hard all morning! I want to raise my son to be a hard worker like that.
