The atmosphere is nice and the staff are so friendly! It was especially cool to see this young man named Chris working hard all morning! I want to raise my son to be a hard worker like that.
Lonnise demonstrates exceptional leadership, ensuring that every aspect of the customer experience is seamless and enjoyable. Her and her team's attentiveness, friendliness, and efficiency were very much present in their interactions with me. The drinks were are always amazing, and the store maintains cleanliness and comfort. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a great atmosphere and a welcoming staff.
This location is getting 3 stars, due to the rudeness of my order taking long on purpose. I noticed my order was put in around and before other customers and it was purposely ignored today. The manager was very accommodating and nice! She told me they were backed up, but i know he purposely put mine to the side. The next time i come to this location and I see this particular man making the drinks i will kindly leave. Thanks
