I’m a costumer I have my app of star bucks In my phone I order a drink 4 hours ago and AFTER OF 4 hrs I come back to get a a ice water And this “Supervisor “PERLA SHE REFUSES TO GIVE ME A CUP OF WATER she make me to buy again something for I can get the water This is the first time happen to me only in this LOCATION it is unacceptable!!!!!!! Review: caleb store manager:🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 COLD customer service. Had to go to another STARBUCKS. He needs to be trained !!!! Extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. Instead of giving me clear, step-by-step instructions on how to handle the situation, I was left confused and frustrated. The representatives seemed untrained, uninterested, and gave vague responses that only made matters worse.
This was not only unhelpful, but a complete waste of time. Customer service is supposed to guide and resolve issues, not create additional problems. It is obvious that the staff needs serious retraining in communication, problem-solving, and professionalism.
Overall, one of the poorest customer service experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend relying on them until they make significant improvements.
Only person who paid attention to the Situation was a female clerk on the desk. She did well.

My coworker and I have been going to this location for years. Coffee is very important to us and we look forward to it almost every day. Special shout to Billy that works there, we are really picky when it comes to our order. Billy is always patient and adamant that we are able to get our drinks the way we like it. He is super nice especially when the location is busy.
Honestly, it is a terrible service. I asked for the code to use the bathroom, I tried to enter and it told me that it was an incorrect code. I tried 3 times and I couldn't enter.
