Worst Starbucks in GA. They take 15 whole minutes before they start your order even when they aren’t busy. If you order thru the app it takes longer. I actually hate this location. Hope I never have to shop here again

Had the worse green tea frappe ever! Im pretty sure the barista forgot the sugar… no flavor. And the drink was not blended properly.. ice cubes everywhere… the color is so light, you can already tell it will be flavorless.

I will never come back here again. They weren’t busy and my butter croissants took 20 minutes to be delivered. I get it, it will take some time to heat them up but I work at a Starbucks. It should not take that long to get two butter croissant. And the guy who made my drink had an attitude when I only ordered water and gave me the cup half full. Please hire better people!

We have not been receiving adequate customer service. Additionally, the beverage quality is unsatisfactory, and we are uncomfortable with the current seating arrangements.
Friendly staffs and clean place to have coffee with friends. Outside seating is available as well.

Sad to do a review this low for a Starbucks location. Ordered online and still had to wait because my beverage was made wrong (iced down - watered). When the person who remade my order came over to hand me the drink it looked completely different. At this point, I asked about it and another person gave me an excuse but offered to remake it AGAIN!
Expecting to be tipped? Come on! I can't.
It would be great if everyone could just train on how to make the drinks the way they're supposed to be made (as advertised) that would be wonderful. Tired of waiting for the ONE person who knows HOW TO prepare these Starbucks drinks with consistency.

My order not only took a very long to come out but it was also wrong. I ordered bacon egg bites and received egg white bites. Quite a disappointing experience.
