I love the coffee, only that I have visited this place several times and the person who serves me has been somewhat rude and made out of place comments, apart from that he did not give me my life as well as it was.
I usually order drink here because it close to where I work while other location is far away. The drink is always good but what I hate is everytime I order “No ice,” they did not fill my drink all the way up. It’s doesn’t hurt to fill all the way up. So, you guys need to change that rules.
Super friendly staff at this location and as someone else mentioned, the letter system they use by the pick-up area is awesome. Unfortunately, sometimes the wait time is extremely long even when they’re not busy. I’d mobile order very far ahead of time if you’re in a hurry- but unfortunately this could lead to the drink sitting there for forever because the wait time is so unpredictable compared to other locations. This location is also extremely cramped. I never sit down...
