I ordered a hot Caramel Macchiato, and I was disappointed with my drink today. The cup was not filled properly, and the coffee tasted watered down, almost like it was diluted to make it last longer. I usually enjoy this drink, but this time the quality was not what I expected.
I came here two days in a row 10/2/25 & 10/3/25 and I encountered Hispanic girl working in the morning with bad customer service and no proper Starbucks greeting at all. This location is convenient I'm always near by however I'll go where I can get better customer service. Who ever the Hispanic girl is needs better training, she made me a half cup of the Grand Flat White and loaded it full of foam even though I requested no foam, she made wait 2 mins while she played around with her shirt didn't wash her hand and proceeded make my coffee. I came in again today and got the same beverage and I made sure to note NO FOAM loud and clear since she pulled the half cup of coffee on me yesterday. The Chinese guy made my coffee and did a way better job. The Hispanic girl tried to act like she didn't understand my question of where to pay when I scan my Starbucks app for my rewards and payment. She tried to act stupid like she didn't know what I was talking about. Over all I've gotten better customer service else where this location can be better with trained staff who are eager to make your drink with out all the attitude and a more warm welcoming environment.
I arrived at this location at 5:59 AM on Monday, August 11, with a 12-hour work shift ahead. The cashier walked in at the same time as me, and when I politely suggested starting with dark roast coffee first so it would be ready in a few minutes, she responded with a nasty attitude, saying they’re “not open yet.” I understand it was one minute before opening, but for an early morning business, you’d expect them to be ready for customers right at opening time. If you’re an early bird expecting coffee at 6 AM sharp, this is not the place—you’ll be waiting while they get themselves ready. Poor customer service and zero sense of urgency.

This location would be a convenient location to patronize for anyone in the area. Unfortunately, if you are not shopping in the store, it is not worth the headache. I past this location on my way to work and the times I purchase are horrible. I placed my order on the mobile app, my order processed and I get to the store to find out the espresso machine is down. Another time I pull up and it appears closed, but oh no someone was there I guess they were still tired. Today was just ridiculous! Mobile order was processed and showed my order was ready. I get there after the app showed it was done. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to receive my complete order. This set me back and now I am arriving to work late and my confidence in the employee to provide timely service at this location is definitely gone. To make matters worst I settle for less than when going here because I can never order my favorite Caramel Brûlée Latte. The lesson learned is to not go here if you want the Starbucks experience because you will not find it here!

I’m sitting here now. It’s only 7 people in line and it’s taking 10 minutes to get my latte after I’ve got my egg bites. With 7 workers behind the counter
Stopped in for a Sunday coffee. Drink was not to Starbucks standards. After waiting for the barista to decide it was time to service a growing line we were greeted with a less than welcoming attitude. The white chocolate mocha was pure sugar and un tasteful.

I came here at 3 pm on a weekday and the barista told me they couldn’t serve me because they were closing for the day.
Do you save your coffee beans? The color of chai tea latte and cafe latte is the same, and the coffee here just tastes like water.

I came here around 3pm on a Saturday. There was no line. Guess I was just lucky. The barista was fast and polite. They also had free samples. My drink was amazing and I left happy.
