If your barista cannot even make a basic frappuccino, you should reconsider your hiring process. The male barista was constantly talking with his friend and all of our frapps tasted very bland. Please focus when you make your drinks.

Love this location! Ordered a matcha that didn’t taste right or have the correct sweetness. Aiden took extra time to make my drink again until it was the perfect sweetness. It was very thoughtful and really made something that was inconvenient, a pleasant experience.

They upgraded coffee flavor, i think.
It was a down grade coffee since last year. But a few days ago, they came back their flavor

Sweetest workers ever. I usually DoorDash and today I ordered my usual through DoorDash but they were out of cake pops and were nice enough to replace my item and write the sweetest note. I really appreciate who ever did that. You totally made my day.

It’s an okay Starbucks. They are pretty inconsistent with wait and service times. But here lately I feel like it’s been taking way too long to receive my full order. As someone who used to work for Starbucks I feel that the employees aren’t following the beverage sequence and this is causing a drastic wait time for the customers. I’m sure there are other factors out of their control. I was late to work today and I even carved out the extra 10 minutes I figured I’d need. Disappointed and will more than likely not return here for morning breakfast anymore. :(

This is my first time ever to write a review at a Starbucks. Personally, I feel like coffee shops these days lack genuine service as they are so busy fulfilling repetitive duties and most of their days start super early and I get it, it’s not the most fun dealing with orders as long as a kid’s Christmas wish lists. But this location was different. Julie greeted us at the drive thru window like a ray of sunshine and just her cheery demeanour and tone of voice lightened up our morning. While she was handing the order over, she noticed my toddler girl in the back and offered a pup cup and ensured she gave us a spoon and enough napkins. She definitely deserves a recognition and I highly recommend this Starbucks location!

This location needs to step it up. It’s disorganized - not well kept and the staff seem confused.
Don't go through drive through.
Come inside the building and talk to the employees. They are so nice.
Help them clean up the chairs and tables however, since they are dealing with all the complaining drive through customers.
They are so busy that they don't have time to come inside for even for a pick up, yet they complain in google review.
If you're so busy and have to go through the drive through, go get a Dunkin donuts. They have better drive through systems.

Amazing confidence level. They ain't got fingers to use turning signals when they drive because they are holding phone on the right, and holding extra added sugar frapuccino on the left hand.
Basically they are driving Tesla with autopilot systems. Allow them to save their energy not driving.
Essentially they can't drive, but talks too much.

This is the slowest drive thru I have ever been to. I go here every once in awhile and every single time yall are so slow with the drive thru. Even in the morning when there’s no one in line, you guys are still slow.
Sharing on behalf of my husband. So my husband placed a mobile ordered and went in to do some work. When he arrived, there were no drinks ready so he just sat down. After about 10ish minutes of being there he looked up and saw an order that could’ve been his. As he was walking over, one of the ladies who worked there grabbed the items and looked at him then gave it away in the drive thru. Fine, no problem. He just assumed it wasn’t his. He then mentioned that he was waiting for his items and she cut him off to say the estimated time on the app is wrong and he would have to wait. Then she just walked away. She was very rude to him. He then sat back down. Another 15-20 minutes passed by and he went back up. This time he spoke to a man and explained the situation. The man said “I remember making that order, we must’ve gave it away” …. So the order that my husband was going to get, the lady gave it away …. Anyway, the guy was VERY nice and he said they would make it for him. The lady mentioned earlier gave my husband his drink and danish and attempted to be nice that time, however, if she wasn’t so rude the first time he wouldn’t have waited so long. It doesn’t take much to offer good customer service. My husband is so respectful, I cannot fathom how someone could even be so rude to him. To wait 25-30 minutes for a drink and a danish is crazy, and that’s just the time he spent there. That doesn’t account for the time it took him to get there after placing the order on his app. I hope management reads this review and shares it with the employees. Please do better. We will continue visiting the other Starbucks locations in the surrounding area. We’ve never had an experience like this at Starbucks and hopefully we won’t have to encounter someone like her again. Thank you.
