This location was pretty solid in the past but I think it's been kind of going downhill the past few months. They mess up your order pretty often and when you tell them, they make it very apparent that they don't want to and think you're being a nuisance.

This location gets my drink wrong most of the time. So often that I drive further to a different location to order. Sometimes I wonder if the baristas are even reading the labels 🙄

This place prioritizes drive throughs and pre-orders. I walked in and had to wait 20+ minutes for two americanos. I don’t think they even make them…the machines do. I will never go here again.

They made the completely wrong drink with the correct labels on it. It was supposed to be a frappe and I got a cappuccino. I requested a new drink and they insisted I have to go to DoorDash. Yes, they refunded the drink. That’s not the point Starbucks made the mistake and said the policy doesn’t allow them to do anything about it. That is crazy to me. I just wanted my drink. Now even if I take the money to get a new one I still have to pay fees tip and taxes so therefore it’s not worth it. I’m extremely disappointed.

I live on the same street as this Starbucks used to go here during my high school days since 2006. This place has turn to s-pile…. I checked the name of the store manager and I quickly understand why it is what it is. Keep on DEI(ing) don’t expect much they will get most orders wrong besides a drip coffee. Go support local coffee that actually care about forming a community connection. I also know Starbucks is just a horrible org to support as it backs a regime that done a ton of bad things in the Middle East. Oh the drive way is slow and the cheapest item is a drip coffee is approaching $4.

This location is terrible. Check your orders before you leave because 8/10 times I’ve been there in the past while they’ve messed up my order. Tired of going back too, it’s a waste of my time. They need to hire better workers, the ones there can’t read properly I guess and don’t know what a vanilla latte is. Keep getting normal latte instead.

Please train your employees on how to effectively respond to customers concerns. I had an issue with not being provided water because I did not buy anything the other day and brought it to their attention today, however I am a frequent Starbucks customer and spend tons of money there. Alex the front end employee told me since you keep saying you spend your hard earned money here and have a problem with our policy let me cancel your order! Like what? What a horrible response. I highly doubt I will spend anymore money at this location.

Best starbucks I've experienced. I just so happened to come in on a coffee tasting day with a coffee master. Tried different samples of coffee and cold brew, gained a bunch of coffee knowledge, tried some food collabs and gained a new respect for starbucks. Jamal is a great manager.

If your barista cannot even make a basic frappuccino, you should reconsider your hiring process. The male barista was constantly talking with his friend and all of our frapps tasted very bland. Please focus when you make your drinks.

Love this location! Ordered a matcha that didn’t taste right or have the correct sweetness. Aiden took extra time to make my drink again until it was the perfect sweetness. It was very thoughtful and really made something that was inconvenient, a pleasant experience.

Sweetest workers ever. I usually DoorDash and today I ordered my usual through DoorDash but they were out of cake pops and were nice enough to replace my item and write the sweetest note. I really appreciate who ever did that. You totally made my day.

It’s an okay Starbucks. They are pretty inconsistent with wait and service times. But here lately I feel like it’s been taking way too long to receive my full order. As someone who used to work for Starbucks I feel that the employees aren’t following the beverage sequence and this is causing a drastic wait time for the customers. I’m sure there are other factors out of their control. I was late to work today and I even carved out the extra 10 minutes I figured I’d need. Disappointed and will more than likely not return here for morning breakfast anymore. :(
