I usually always get my macho order in the morning from 8 to 9 AM. I never had a problem With the taste until the past two weeks, including today I’m not sure if they switched out the employees who make it but it was so horrible. The matcha tasted bitter and it was clumpy in so disappointed

For a 1st time person there, really didn’t get the help I needed. The person at the counter was aware. Seems as they didn’t want to be at work. Idk but it was a bad experience for me

my drink was probably the worst coffee i’ve ever received. i ordered the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso as usual and there was white, foggy gunk all at the bottom along with coffee ground. i also ordered a sandwich and a bakery item and both were room temperatured.

I ordered 2 items...2. And only got 1. Maybe instead of wasting time by writing "you can do this" on my cup, the barista could've just gotten my order right.

I go here almost everyday I work around the corner, I ordered a new item coreta drink, they said it was one size fine by me I wanted to try I also got grilled cheese total was like 12 something, I got my drink it was tall, one size up from a pub cup, it’s fine.. but when I have opened it, it was half full, that’s right 12$ for a half full pub cup, beyond messed up I don’t trust this Starbucks one bit

Employees were having loud conversation between themselves. Very loud and unprofessional considering people come here for a quiet workspace. They took over 10 minutes to prepare my drink. Would not recommend this location.

If I could give a zero, I would. I had the absolute worse service at this location 📍 I came through the drive-thru at 5:30 am and the guy working said, “May I help you?” so I said, just a second, the car in front of me only moved half way.. (then silence.. Even after I kept saying hello and honking the horn) came to the drive-thru window and honked my horn. He just stood with his back turn. I walk in a I said, to him, you never responded back.. And this Man processed to fuss at me..I was taken back because he was like 6’5 and 300 pounds. I then asks the lady after 6 minutes and other people getting their orders. I was the first one there) Is someone going to make my coffee.. She pointed to him, smh I said may you please make mine instead. He then tried to intimidate me, by staring at me with his arms folded. My coffee had no cream or sugar, I requested and I absolutely felt horrible..this is not how I want to start my day

I took a break from Starbucks for two weeks and today I missed it so much ? just to be very disappointed once again!!! My order is never made with love...it's always sticky or not right... when ordering a bagel I always ask for it to not be burnt. And for cream cheese and butter. Today it's hard as a rock and I have no cream cheese... my drink taste like the machine is never cleaned.... I'm done with Starbucks... this one never gets it right.. need better staff people that actually care. COST TO MUCH TO BE TRASH....

I want to give no star for this Starbucks location I wanted Trenta Paradis drink with no ice I pay almost $7 and they gave me this much They tried to pushed me to pay amother $1 so they will fill up the cup It's ridiculous This is how much they put ice in your drinks We don't pay for ice. Not to mention their rudeness both Manager and the cashier

Sweet Waters

Stood right in front of an employee and he wouldn’t greet or acknowledge me. I simply wanted the bathroom code before I ordered. Another young man noticed and helped. Ordered my coffee and it was disgusting. I like to try different Starbucks all over Georgia. By far the worst one.

It seems like for some reason they can never get the orders right anymore and Linda the cashier who is usually at the window is so rude no hello no how are you doing? No sorry for the inconvenience. Nothing….. This location is definitely going downhill
