Matcha tea milk tasted spoil. The barista taking my order appeared as if he didn’t want to take my order or to be at work. I was not asked if I wanted my receipt, he opted not to give me a receipt. I asked for a dirty chai tea which he was confused I’m not a barista I have previously ordered this drink chai tea with 2 shots blonde espresso not an extra charge.

I’m giving an extra star because of my favorite barista! He normally works in the morning but the staff that works during lunch is terrible. I normally would take the bad service and go about my day but it’s been multiple times that I’ve visited this location and received POOR service! A strawberry açai, lemonade, refresher does not come with purée I asked for my refresher to be double blended assuming that it will not come with purée because I did not ask for the refresher that comes with purée on multiple occasions I received a refresher with puree, on a specific occasion I received the refresher with purée and they took the refresh back, blended the purée out so that I couldn’t see it, later on when the refresher melted I got home and noticed all the purée at the bottom suppose I was allergic to purée you guys have now caused Starbucks to have a lawsuit because you want to be lazy and not your job as a barista you know the ingredients that goes into a drink at Starbucks please consider doing better at this location! Anywho I love my favorite barista it’s sad that I don’t know his name but he’ll know who he is lol! ❤️

These workers have the nastiest demeanor; top-notch supervision, a must, or a whole new crew !! Every time I view this location, the rating are dwindling & I absolutely know why, so why can't they ❓️ Nevertheless, I go straight to corporate, let them handle their internal problems. I just came for a simple cup of coffee & quick bite to eat, not the unprofessional & classless attitude; because they hear but don't listen, then you're repeating yourself 2,3 X's, which I didn't make an issue of, however, the childish behavior comes when having to be told something, which was not made correctly, all the back talk is completely unnecessary.........SMH, HOT Mess !Update.....Spoke with Christopher, from corporate office. As I mentioned to him, Starbucks is practicing, to apologize profusely, however, it's best if they just address & correct the ongoing issues with their staff, then, they'll be no need to have to keep apologizing !I asked for raw sugar, she gave splendor. I asked for the bagel, 'toasted well', but had to emphasize not "burnt". As, when outside the norm, they seem to have visible issues with the order. In addition, I paid for two "2", cream cheese, they only put one. Thank goodness I didn't leave, to have to spend more time returning to get what I paid for.Their on 100 (but, fast movement doesn't mean efficiency nor effectiveness, they ask the same questions over & over, as tho it doesn't compute & are too darn sassy, as though that's the norm now & Items are usually missing or prepared incorrectly. In addition, too much horse-playing & talking about customers, as they are right in front of them, present @ that time. Lastly, just for a cup of coffee & a pastry,wait time is averaging 20 min +So, hopefully by taking this time to share today with the hierarchies (in-store mgmt & area manager) they will rectify these matters, promptly, so customers won't need to. For, this is time out of my schedule, never to gain back !

I love going to this location. I always come bright and early and the staff is wonderful. Mason, Sevas and this other women are always so friendly. I wish I remembered her name. The coffee always tastes great.

Granted this is the first time I’ve been to this location, but I experienced a truly exemplary staff. Busy barista called out “welcome”. Another saw I had a few items and asked if I’d like a carrier. Store was very clear. Reading some of the negative reviews reminds me of a very important part of “good customer service”: good customer service begins with being a good customer. Someone gave them a 1 star after saying they’ve always had great service here. One bad experience and you’re done? Be an adult. And get off my lawn.

I’ve always had great coffee and service at this location. Whoever worked on New Year’s Day for 2024 provided me with horrible service. I had to go back to speaker because he didn’t ask me for my size. After I paid I noticed they still had my order wrong. Horrible service. It’d be worth to drive a little further for customer service.

I just had to come on here just to say THIS IS THE BEST LOCATION IVE EVER BEEN TO. I am here multiple times throughout the week lol and I promise you every single time my drink is BUSSIN. Every. Single. Time. I work far from here but I make sure I always stop here either before or after work to get my coffee because every other location is a hit or miss but this location (the team members) make the besssttt of the bessstt. So whoever you are that makes the drinks omgggggg keep doing what you’re doing LOL.
