It says that this location is supposed to to be open at 5 am M-F.. why is it every time I come, around 6:50-7am, the doors are always closed and locked!!! Why say you are open at 5am, but not?!?! Literally the worst location!!
Every Day i visit to starbuck
I want to give a big thank you to Bri and Hann— they’re both outstanding baristas who make every visit to Starbucks feel special.
Bri is always welcoming, upbeat, and goes out of her way to make sure my order is perfect. She brings such a positive energy that genuinely lifts the whole atmosphere.
Hann is equally amazing — friendly, efficient, and remembers the little details that make a difference. He’s always professional and personable, even during the busiest times.
Together, they make a fantastic team. Their service keeps me coming back and really reflects the kind of experience Starbucks is known for. Great job to both of them!

23 years ago, I relocated with my husband to Duluth, GA (rezoned city of Johns Creek). Appx 1 yr ago i visited Starbucks where I was, approached by Manager, big smile and blabbing about her daughters abusive partner and her abusive husband who recently committed suicide (gun shot to head off). I felt uncomfortable and May not have handled learning so much from someone I didn't know. I listened to her vent about looking for a man. She treated me to a free coffee and I left. Ever since our initial meeting, I am harassed and disrespected by Manager every time. I got so tired of the harassment that I approached her (in e of an employee presenc) and asked why. . . .for months I stayed away. Yesterday as I sat

Accepted my mobile order.....drive 15 minutes to get there.....sign on door they are closed due to no water at 6:45am in the morning. Not a great customer experience.....top it off Starbucks chat only answer was to credit my account for price of coffee with acknowledgement that I won't receive any documentation of credit....the issue is not the money.....but overall poor customer experience from both the store and some chat bot.

Chances are their team members were tired as it was around 3 pm. Would try again.
Everyone likes a good cheerful hello. I don’t mean hyper but simple cheer. I am grabbing a coffee in the middle of the day, when’s it’s 70 degrees out there. What that tells you, I need push as I am up since 3AM.

The current crew at this location is wonderful. They're responsive and engaging. CJ is the best with his welcome, keeping me informed of the order status, and timeliness .

The baristas at this location are always so personable, helpful, and lovely to speak to.This location doesn't have a drive through (and other locations nearby do) but I find myself gravitating to this one even though it takes a little extra time to go in and order because it's so pleasant to say hello.
My food has always been correct, and so have my drinks—I can always trust them to make my order correctly, and even if I made a mistake, I know they'd make it right for me. I even learned more about my options for a drink I purchase often on this past trip, because my barista heard me say I love the pumpkin season and was excited to tell me more about it!
I'm also VERY easily distracted, and quite forgetful much of the time...which means that on MORE than one occasion, I have ordered a drink and food, and then simply....walked out without one or the other because I forgot about it. An attentive barista has noticed this EVERY time it's happened and grabbed my attention on my way out, or on one occasion, even ran after me with my egg bites to make sure I had them!
I appreciate their care and attention to detail so much, and I'm grateful to have access to a location where they make me feel seen and cared about.

Likely one of the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve been at. Table was sticky, bathroom was out of toilet paper even though it holds two rolls. Napkins on the floor. The blueberry lemon scone was very dry. We were there at 2-230 pm no real reason for a dirty store at that time. Certainly not a rush hour time.

My server was very kind and patient helping me with my order. I don't go to SB often, so appreciate the extra help getting what I wanted. Shop was busy, but outdoor seating also available. Luckily, today was perfect to be outside.
Kid-friendliness: Starbucks is an adult atmosphere. There's a McDonald's down the street.

There was a dead fly in my drink, never again
No drive thru? Why does it say so?
I have never had a bad experience until today. I purchased through the mobile app to walk in and pick up my order and the sticker machine was down so it seemed like they were struggling a little to get orders out. So when I arrived I had to wait. The lady was asking people for their names but did not acknowledge me. So I patiently waited until I think I saw my order sitting far from reach. I had to ask for it. I ordered a Venti and it looked like a grande. Half match half sweet cream. Overly sweet because of the quantity of sweet cream. Very disappointing and felt like a waste of money. I understand that things happen but to have a bad experience and the order not being what it should is upsetting.
