Steak 'n Shake is just plain WRONG! Google directed me to the location in Duluth GA on Pleasant Hill Rd. Steak 'n Shake does not care whatsoever about their employees, SHUTTING down the Duluth location OVERNIGHT. It has not even been REPORTED on Google that it has closed.That's just WRONG!

Tje food was good but the service was not. They were out of napkins, I brought it to the attention of an employee. He gave me some but did not fill the dispenser. We left 30 min later and still hadn't filled them. Tables were not wiped down. The old style Steak and Shake with real plates and great service has died. Sad.

Long wait in drive thru. Then a longer wait once I reached the window. Once I got home my order was not correct. I have my receipt. I received a dry sandwich with cheese but nothing else no mustard, no ketchup, no pickles, no onions and no tomatoes. I tried calling to get the matter corrected the phone rings and then instantly hangs up. You would think for the long wait they would take care to fix your order correctly. My wait was 30 minutes plus.

Recently moved to the area late last year. I've always been a fan of Steak & Shake ever since I first found out about it and with it's location, it's a no brainer fastfood joint for me. The first few times I went back in December 2022 and January of 2023, the service was bad and the food quality was mediocre at best.I don't know if there has been a change in management or something, but it's a complete 180 now. Employees are very nice and friendly, the food quality is one of the best in terms of other fast food places around the Pleasant Hill area, and now I'm definitely somewhat of a regular. You guys are absolutely killing it now and I really appreciate the work you all put in. I know how awful the industry can be at times, but the people down at this location got it going on!I however cannot speak much on kitchen conditions or the sit-down portion of the restaurant, but I see people walking in and out so I'm guessing that's doing well too! Keep it up everyone!

First time eating here since they changed the way they take orders & serve from the kiosks, and leave drink cups & lids out by the fountain. Today is May the 5th and it's not cold outside, so I'm unsure why staff would allow a scruffy looking man, bring his belongings inside the restaurant to sit and talk to some not there.He didn't pay for his drink, & is now grooming his beard. So unsanitary.Not to mention, women's bathroom stalls had feces running down the wall.Eliminating actual human staff isn't always ideal.

I was surprised with the quality of food and service!!! They completely surpassed my expectations. Everything was so fresh and the drive thru staff was so polite and kind. This location is doing an amazing job! I ordered my food through the drive thru.

Yall are crazy. It's NASTY inside. I paid 20 dollars so me and my son could come in and sit down and hang out, the tables are dirty, the food looks terrible, it smells like diaherrea inside, the food came out 10 minutes before the milkshakes did. DO NOT COME HERE. WORST DINNER EXPERIENCE IVE HAD. visit is from 2/27/2023 at 5:50 to 6:10 PM. Good luck.

Laventis the new GM was absolutely outstanding. Excellent customer service from start to finish , got my food quick and it was delicious. The place was sparkling clean. He's really setting the standard. Awesome black King.

This place is always as expected. The best fast food Burger around. I was a bit put off as there are no cashiers anymore, everything must be ordered from a console. With that said ordering was easy and food was ready on time and delicious.

I wish I can give this place 0 stars. I took a bite of the burger and a piece of lettuce fell off and I took the bun off to put the lettuce back on and look at what I found laying on top of my onion a bug. I called the manager and told him about it and he said he doesn’t see any bugs in the store and that he could remake my food. I told him I wanted a refund and he said he cannot give me a refund. Why would I want a remake and there is a bug on my onion. Please check your food at this place. I will not be returning!

Good steakburgers and shakes for good prices. The service is kind of nonexistent since now you can only order through touch screens inside. They removed the counter with the high seats across the grill and replaced it with an online pickup zone. The place is not as lively as it used to be and the staff looks tired of working there.
