I don’t usually write reviews but this place really sucks. We sit down for our movie and the table are sticky, my friends chair is broken and leaning back but we look past it. Then once we got the food we ordered we didn’t get our drinks. So we let our server know that we didn’t get our drinks, we wait another 15-20 mins and still no drinks. So we eventually asked AGAIN for the 3rd time and then 10 mins later got our drinks. We were already done with our food by this point so it was pretty disappointing.i saw multiple people around me get refills while we still hadn’t received our drinks . I’m not asking for 5 star service but come on.

I have consistently been going to this movie theater for four years once a week to twice a month. I had a beautiful rapport with a couple of the people that worked there but there has been new staff and my experience there has been crazy the last two times. I am constantly being charged for things that I did not purchase. I went and handed these people my card two times during my visit and I have six pending transactions on my bank account and this just happened on Friday. I also disputed transactions a couple of weeks ago where they charged an additional $120 to my card. These transactions happen after you close out for the night so as a customer, I don’t know this is happening until it hits my bank account and if I’m not paying any attention you’re getting away with robbery every time. I have asked for management to call me on numerous occasions, and instead of calling me, they just released the funds and refund the money. This is a disgusting way to do business and you better find out really quick. What employees are scamming your customers before this comes to bite studio grill in the behind.

The staff was a mix, some of them were incredible and helpful, unfortunately met with a couple who have no courtesy or understanding of appropriate greeting. The food was great but it took it bit long to get and our group received food at different times.

Best Movie Theater Ever. The staff's always so nice and friendly. And the food is delicious!! My family and I really like this theater, so much so that this is the only theater that we come too!!

It was the first visit to watch a Korean movie. Coming from Florida, I checked out the location and came to see the reviews on Google. But it turned out my experience was 10 out of 10! Above all it was clean and quiet. Secondly, almost every staffs are super kind and hard working with considerations for visitors. And I love the emergency button on the table just in case! ( I pressed it by mistake and the staff were coming so quick to see if I have any issue. She kindly handled it with big smile and let me feel relieved. Coming out of the screen room, I tried taking a photo shot by myself and the Manager named Chris Sider took shots for me. He was quite doing a lot for customers, making people including me feel pleasant indeed. I remember one African- American lady who looked like an employee there told me in Korean, which was impressive! Anyways I will definitely visit here next time again. I highly recommend this place to anyone who hesitate??

I honestly don't think the food is worth what they're charging. Same with the drinks. We got a 2 for $30 with dessert, and the pizza was no better than something from the freezer section at the grocery store. Their fryer oil needs to be changed because the chicken tenders tasted like funnel cakes. The Bloody May I had was a $5 special, but still pretty disappointing. The theater seats were all peeling and mine was broken so the call button wires were just hanging under the tray. The movie was good but the overall theater experience was pretty underwhelming.
