Ordered 6" Subway club and I asked for more vegetables then took my little girl to use the restroom after order has placed. When I came home opened the wrap, I only see little bit of meat, lettuces,tomorrow and onions inside which it costed $7.99 plus tax. ridiculously over priced

Incredibly rude customer service. Portions are incorrect. When mentioning the incorrect portion sizes, they made a scene in the restaurant. They are aware that they serve the incorrect portions and stated “that is how we run our business.” Just super rude. Find another Subway.

Extremely unprofessional, they short you on meat and get made when you bring it up. The owner said “I’m still gonna be in business I don’t care what the subway rules are” they short people on meat then yell at you in front of everyone in the store if you call them out about the incorrect amount being placed. Very rude employees. STAY AWAY they don’t deserve your business.

First of all, the staff was very rude, unprofessional and with a nasty attitude! I wanted to add to my tuna sandwich a side of sub crunch apart from that, the bread was super hard and the jalapeños along with the lettuce were soggy, dark and rotten. Extremely horrible experience. 100% NOT recommended!

This is one of my favorite stores! What makes this store stand out from the others is how great the staff are. Customer service is pushing S-rank. They always greet every single customer, and the customers love it too. If you had a bad experience at Subway, come to this location. They'll change your mind in 5 minutes!

Can't give a rating on the food, if I don't receive any food. Will not honor coupons even though I selected subs that were not on the excluded list stated on the coupon. I will gladly have you eat 2-3 dollars of cost versus making 10-15 dollars of profit.

Been coming here for over a year since my office is close and it’s always been great service and the subs. However this last time I went the bread was stale, veggies were old,
portion sizes are a quarter of what they were and my sandwich was folded twice becoming a roll. The man at the front was also dismissive and obviously didn’t want to be there. I’ve never seen any subway count the pieces of lettuce and pickles but they do here apparently. A huge departure from the usual service and quality. Not sure if the owner changed but it’s disheartening to see a good place turn for the worse.

Tried to new Barbeque Rotisserie chicken sub on honey oat. Yummy. Also Broccoli Cheddar cheese soup ?
Mostly ladies work at this location and very well trained
Bright and a table with cushioned /arm seats..
Clean and newly remodeled restrooms and store.
Fairly steady customer flow
My favorite Subway.

I was using a buy 3 footlongs for 17.99 coupon and the location accepted it but told me that I could only pick turkey, ham, cold cut, and meatball. The coupon did not have chicken teriyaki as an excluded item so I asked for one and the old lady refused, saying her business would go out of business if she did that. I get costs are high but the price difference between those meats and the chicken teriyaki is $.30! She also refused to give plastic bags for our subs as well. After repeatedly asking, she finally relented on giving us paper bags for the sub.
