Came here about twice since starting my new job one block away. Can never go wrong with subway with the convenience of it all. Healthy choices, great portion, and a trusted brand. Staff is always great. Clean restaurant. Great stuff!

Best place ever everyone who giving a 1 star is over reacting ?
Adding olives to a persons sub when they didn’t request it has to be on the list of most ignorant things you can possibly do. Had to take all the olives out and still deal with the after taste of them. Barely any sauce and cheese on my meatball sub too. Now what if I was allergic to olives? Which I am and could have had an allergic reaction. Do better.

Good food, was overcharged, though. Footlong Pro is, by it’s very definition, a footlong with double meats. It is not a footlong with an extra charge for meats. A number 11 subway club footlong pro has a price of $13.99. I was charged for a normal footlong with extra meats, and it was more than that. It’s ok, but I’d enjoy getting charged for what I ordered. I don’t like it when cashiers know what they should be ringing up ad they ring up something more expensive instead.

This was pretty upseting considering my own personal background in the culinary industry, and even fast service food. My order was incorrect, which it was a mobile order, I waited nearly 30 minutes longer past when my sub was supposed to have been ready, the lady who was working on my sandwich was moving as slow as she possibly could it seems and now I am unable to eat something for my lunch break. I also watched as this woman grabbed a paper towel from the hand washing Sink, and WIPED my Sandwich with it. The level of Unsanitary use was unreal. As someone who has gone through the training programs to earn my ServSafe certification including health and safety practices I wouldn't feel comfortable eating my food as well due to this. I've wasted my time going here again because my first time visiting this restaurant I got food poisoning. The manager I assume when they finally "finished" my order asked me if it was mine. fake apologies saying they were busy. When I was the only one in the store when I entered outside of 2 people sitting already nearly finished with their Food. Not to mention I came in a few minutes past my ready by time and place the order nearly an hour in advance. This isn't okay. Get yourself together. Do better.Mini update: I got a chance to take a bite of the sandwich and it's not even edible. The steak and cheese doesn't even taste like a normal subway steak and cheese this is disgusting. I will update again if this bite gets me sick.
