They feed bread that fell on the floor to customers. They don’t throw food away… don’t eat here

NO STARS!!!!!!I just sent this complaint to Subway’s Corporate office! Beware ya’ll…….I came in and ordered a 12” turkey on flatbread. An older Indian man helped me he didn’t wash his hands but put on a pair of gloves. As the older Indian man grabbed the 12” out of the pack a 6” fell on the floor. He looked down and left it on the floor and left the door open that the “fresh bread” was in, he proceeded and made my sandwich. He then checked me out at the register. I turned around to get some napkins. I then looked at the older Indian man squat down to pick up the bread. He placed the dirty bread that fell on the floor back into the warmer on top of the packaged 12” flat bread. I asked him,” did you really just put that bread back in there with the fresh bread”? He said “ I put it on top if the pack, it’s not in the pack”. I said, I don’t care if it’s not in the package” that is nasty”! I asked him, “have I eaten bread off of the floor from here before”? I told him that I can not trust them! I repeated over and over that was nasty!!!!!! I told him to give me my money back!!!! I gave him $9.40 in cash and that is what I wanted back. I also tipped him $1. He said he couldn’t open the drawer for my change and I said LOUDLY, “I GAVE YOU $9.40 AND THATS WHAT I WANT BACK”. I ALSO TOOK MY $1 TIP BACK. This has made me sick to my stomach! That stores score is a 99 A but that doesn’t matter because the employee is nasty and disgusting.

The attitude of the worker staff was extremely bad, they got my list wrong, they didn't apologize at all, he was still upright, they grabbed the food with their hands without gloves, they kept talking over there, they didn't respect the customers at all, and they didn't concentrate on cooking the food at all. Such staff would only make the shop worse and worse. If I could give it a zero rating, I would definitely give it a zero rating

I went to subway because I got a gift card and was excited to use it. The store was clean, and everything looked fresh, so I was very excited thinking I found my new favorite subway. The experience with the staff ruined it completely. Not only could I not use my gift card and get ignored by the staff after verifying the balance on it. He was completely rude! I definitely won't be coming back. Forget this subway gift card! Horrible experience. Won't be returning to this location. It doesn't matter how clean the store is if the staff is rude and uncaring.

Ordered one line through app. Paid through Apple way. Man claimed never received. Showed proof I paid and he told me I should have done it the “correct way” and it would have gone through. So much for customer service.
