If I Could give negative stars I would
Where is the humanity?
What happened to me at this Subway location was beyond disgraceful. It was inhumane, disgusting, and absolutely traumatizing—especially because I’m a pregnant woman who came in during a clear medical emergency.
After a long Uber drive where I dropped a passenger off right next door, I rushed into the store because I urgently needed to use the restroom. I was in pain. I was visibly pregnant. I explained to the employee—whose name sounded like Dapoly (possibly misspelled)—that I was in distress and needed to use the restroom immediately.
Her first response wasn’t concern, compassion, or action. It was, “Why are you even here?”
Then she followed up with, “Why did you come here? There’s other places around.”
I stood there in complete shock and disgust. I couldn’t believe I was being interrogated just for needing a restroom during a pregnancy emergency. I calmly explained to her that I had just dropped someone off, I was an Uber driver, and I came to Subway because I was nearby and in pain—but she didn’t care.
I told her, “This is really hurting me. I’m having an emergency.”
And she responded with cold detachment:
“I understand that, but you have to buy something.”
Let me be very clear:
She acknowledged I was in pain. She acknowledged I was pregnant. And she still chose to put profit before a pregnant woman’s health.
Then she tried to justify it by saying,
“People come in here all the time just to use the bathroom.”
As if that had anything to do with me.
As if I wasn’t standing there in visible discomfort, carrying a child, clearly experiencing a medical issue.
That response wasn’t just tone-deaf. It was inhuman.
I wasn’t some random person wandering in to take advantage of a store—I was a pregnant woman experiencing pain and urgency, simply trying not to wet myself in public.
The way I was treated was cruel, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
This wasn’t about a sandwich. It was about basic human decency—something that was nowhere to be found that day.
And let me be very clear:
✅ I am retaining legal counsel.
✅ I am filing a formal complaint with Subway Corporate.
✅ I am reporting this location to the health department and consumer protection authorities.
There should never be that much greed in the world—to the point that a visibly pregnant woman in distress is told she must spend money just to relieve herself safely. If I had collapsed or gone into early labor, what would Subway’s excuse have been? That I didn’t buy a bag of chips?
This experience was demeaning, deeply upsetting, and entirely avoidable. And I will not be silent about it.
Shame on this location. Shame on that employee. And shame on any company that allows their staff to treat human life so cheaply.

Here the staff talks in their local language (Bengali) and there are no proper trains, and these people refuse to take the coupons that Subway sends, it is written on the coupons that chicken sandwich is allowed but the store does not accept valid coupons, Subway should take action against such stores

Worst service ever. The portion size is below the expected quality, as if they are on a very tight rationing. Didn’t even give all the sauces I asked for

I asked for a protein bowl with turkey and beef. He charged me $4.50 for 3 portions of beef, and it took 5 minutes to throw ingredients in a bowl. Does my bowl have any noticable amount of beef? I don't plan on returning and will actively warn others to avoid this location.

All the bad reviews for this location are accurate. The lady working there was very nice and I’m sure she’s just doing her job, but I just got the worst sub ever. All pro chicken teriyak right? Barely any chicken…the spinach was wilted and old, the tomatoes were also obviously old, and what few black olives there were as well. I just paid $13 for flatbread with a bs amount of wilted veggies and chicken in between. Whoever is managing this location is making subway look bad 💯
Guys nice but the $3 dipper is crap. Should get off the menu. I wouldn't give 50¢.

I had a long workday today and was kind of craving Subway, so I opted to drive instead of doing Doordash to get some air. I regret it. This whole experience made my day worse.
First, I didn't realize that my normal Subway closed, so I came to this location, which is technically closer to my home. Cool. Well, as soon as I pulled up, there were people sitting in their cars kind of aimlessly. Okay, whatever.
When I walked in, there was one employee behind the counter and he was helping one customer. That was it. I waited patiently for the customer to finish his order -- a few minutes (4-5 maybe).
When it was my turn, I was prepared to order 2 subs, but since one was toasted, I wanted to put that in first so the employee could help make the second while the other toasted. The employee greeted me and I said hello and that I wanted a 6-in of the Outlaw. Before I could say anything else, he started asking questions about what I wanted for the Outlaw. So I answered everything and then he didn't ask anything else from me. He turned to toast the sub. This is normally when the Subway employee asks me if I want anything else, but he didn't, and I figured it was because he was by himself. So I let him finish toasting the sub.
While he was toasting the Outlaw, and we confirmed the toppings, two normal-clothed people (a woman and a child) walked behind the counter and started speaking to him. I don't know what they were discussing, but they didn't leave during the rest of my transaction. He finally asked me if I wanted anything else on the sub and I said no, but that I wanted a second sub. At that point he said I should have told him I wanted another sandwich from the get-go in a scolding tone and that next time I need to do that and whatnot. He started to walk over to the other side for the second sub, but I told him I didn't want it anymore because (1) I wasn't in the mood for his customer service and (2) the Outlaw he made didn't look good anyway.

Thank you for great service. I read the reviews before coming into this location. I was curious. Either way I was determined to have my own experience. I walked in and I greeted the woman that was there warmly with a light smile and she was pleasant back. She asked continually throughout my food prep if my sandwich had enough of this and that. By the way, this is one of the brightest and more modern looking Subways I've been to. This was my 1st time here and I'd come back. I tried the Steak Outlaw and I was going to ask for my veggies toasted but she knew what I wanted before I could ask lol. All in all, good experience. See ya again soon.
